Nice choice of "We Are" at the end - that was Oka's first game as a Marine! I think fans generally think of the 2010 title as Nishmura's - he managed to pull the team together down the stretch. Had to win the last 3 to even make the Climax then had to win all those road games to make the NS. No small feat!
The Orions early NPB success only to become a bunch of rag tag wanderers until finally settling in Chiba and becoming the Marines is an odd yet interesting story, especially with regards to how Lotte manages the squad. Loving this series so far, Gaijin Baseball.
