Again with the contractor scam....😒😒😒...it's so irritating to hear the nit picking and the scam all the time....we get it that things went wrong, if you didnt want any problems to take place, you should have been here and not gone around travelling...just stay excited and stay happy...the house looks great and clean and big...
No offence but jab mehnat se sab cheez banao especially a house, its not that easy. Chahe aap khud kaam na kar rhe ho. Still its hectic especially when pehla ghr hai.. n u want it to be perfect. Plus aisa nahi na ki paise kam de rhe ya kuch.. paisa barabar de rhe toh kaam sahi hona chahiye.

Snag lists must be fixed prior to payment. Hope that was mentioned on the contract at the time of confirmation. Warping wood on the loft had to be removed. It has to be changed. The paint and wood work loss is to account of the contractor since he didn’t get the wood well kiln dried. And it caused movement at the time of assembly and it’s their fault.

You made a huge mistake in wardrobe making.. you should have done wardrobes with any modular brand. Like i have franchise of sleek modular kitchen and wardrobes .And to be honest Sleek has variety of finishes .. they do such a seamless job ..So keep this enquiry for future home making . Always hire modular brands as they are factory made so there is almost no chance of damages and dents
