A song made in FL Studio with some slightly dissonant chords, a violin, a release cut piano, and a few other things!
this is probably one of the better songs I've ever made in my opinion actually :0
in one of the songs i made before this one, i tried to really clean up my harmony and just use the notes necessary to convey a certain feeling
in this song i did the exact opposite :)
i tried to add as many notes as i could to some chords, and to try and aim for a decent amount of chaos haha
on top of that, i spent a little more time than usual making it, and i feel it really had a nice impact on the quality !!!!
its also stylistically close to the kind of music i like to listen to myself, which i am very happy about since typically the stuff i make is a little farther from that haha

This is MINDBLOWINGLY beautiful! It sounds like something straight out of Final Fantasy 13! Didn’t play much of it because I was pretty young but I listen to the OST sometimes, and it’s gorgeous. This sounds so similar to something that would be in it and I’m living for it! It’s so upbeat while still sounding like a battle theme!! Divinity Dissonance might be my new favourite song!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is amazing, and the song fits a character (or i should say group of characters) that i just started working on for my game really well. The group of characters are called DIVINITIES, people born with natural magic. Since the world centers around potions and magic is replicated artificially, DIVINITIES overtime slowly loose their power and edge over others, until they seem completely unspecial (they are extremely rare and powerful). They reincarnate every few decedes after one dies, and i feel like this song well represents the personalities of most DIVINITIES.

1:31 onwards felt so awesome. I don't know why but the dissonance + fast paced violin just sounded so cool. Then it transitioned so smoothly into the outro, which can lead into the intro. This song is really loopable.
I did find you through your more chill stuff initially, but god DAMN I love your more intense stuff. This is a really solid piece, and I think it's definitely one of the best you've done so far!

If was the final battle against the villian named “Sourusutira” which was also revealed to be the co-founder of the “Ability Sentinel” which was the source of all abilities in the world. Now it all made sense, there were 2 founders for the Sentinel one of them gave themselves the ability to bless others with abilities and the other took care of the maintenance of the Sentinel and power output. But after a few years have passed, crimes were committed by ability users even though they were trained since birth to be pacifists. The founders tried to resolve this issue by talking until one of the users killed another user because he was telling him not to steal a power-fuse keeping the Sentinel alive. The founders decided to also create an ability to steal the ability of others and since one of them already had an ability, it would be outright impossible to give him a new one so the engineer that was in charge of maintenance was given the ability as quickly as he could’ve gotten it. After the incident, the founders also enforced some laws to keep the order of all abilities until one day, the founders had a fight for unknown reasons and vanished for a couple years. After the years, the world was now accustomed to abilities but they were passed down genetically now instead of artificially by the founders. One of the founders dead body was found in a nearby cave with the help of a fragrance ability user that could pinpoint the location of certain smells. It was thought there was only one founder because ability users tend to live way longer than normal humans depending on the power of their ability, the body was found 90+ years after the battle of the founders. But now it all clicked, the source of all evil was from the second founder which had the ability to steal other abilities. Why am I telling all this? Because all of this information matters for this last battle where the main character with the ability to condition things was one shot by the second founder. Back to the story, it was later found out that a certain component in abilities made the user aggressive against other ability users kind of like magnets, this magnet effect was reduced on the same type of users meaning aggressive users wouldn’t feel the need to hurt other aggressive users. The thing is; pacifist users have limited power output because they’re not suited for combat but rather for the convenience of the community. On the other hand, aggressive users can make pacts with the manifestations of their abilities, either knowingly or unknowingly, to get stronger for a brief moment in return for consequences afterwards, this was what made aggressive users a problem. Back to the battle:
The hero Tsuai was brutally one shot by the founder because he was brave enough to confront him as soon as he appeared. As the friends of Tsuai was in shock about what had just happened the founder already started killing of the other members of the team one by one as the support ability users frantically tried to heal their fallen friends. Tsuai was laying on the ground with half of his body missing and the hair falling off him from the radiation attack the founder had used. As he lied down with lifeless eyes, suddenly the cement ground deformed and pushed away his allies which was followed up by a huge plasma explosion. Tsuai was back on his feet with a huge geared clock following behind him, seemingly ticking backwards.
(You see, the way the conditioning ability works is you can condition objects or people to boost their performance until the condition was met. The longer the condition isn’t met, the weaker the object or people becomes until the power boost fades away to nothing. While this is similar to how aggressive ability users make pacts with their abilities, the difference is that there is no consequence for the boosted objects or people, only the ability user that used conditioning loses stamina depending on the conditioning. Until now, Tsuai was using his power to telekinetically move objects or boost his allies but at the moment of his death, he unknowingly conditioned himself to “not die like this” which also induced a pact with the manifestation of the conditioning ability. However, before the condition could take effect, he was already dead from the bleeding so the condition could never be met but since the condition already started after Tsuai’s death, he was always going to be farther away from his death with no way of going back; which meant that he couldn’t get weaker the longer he didn’t complete his condition. The conditioning timer was now ticking backwards; the conditioning user was now getting stronger as long as the condition wasn’t met, the opposite of what should happen).
Tsuai was awakened from his death with the condition to “not die like this” and a reflexive pact to “exterminate the threat that caused this”. With lifeless eyes, cold and purplish body, Tsuai raised his hand and created loud and enormous plasma balls and hurdled them over to the founder which dealt extreme damage to him that he had to extract power from the abilities he stole to fend off the plasma balls and regenerate lost tissue. Then the clock behind Tsuai banged loudly and Tsuai instantly appeared behind the founder and then clobbered the founder so hard into the ground that a small earthquake happened. As the clock ticked backwards, it got bigger and bigger along with the growing power of Tsuai. As the fight progressed, Tsuai became livelier and even started laughing and giggling. It was only then apparent that the entity wasn’t Tsuai, he was dead. Everyone was watching a battle against a long dead hero and a founder whom lost his way.
(This battle was the first and only instance where a passive ability user made a pact with their ability).
(This battle was also the first instance where the manifestation of an ability took over the body of the user).
You did such a terrific job blending it all!

Definitely one of your best songs, great job!
To me, the best part is 1:10 to 1:20. I think that section encapsulates the whole energy and feeling of the song. The coolest thing for me is the juxtaposition of it all: fast DnB mixed with relaxed jazzy chords; electronic and glitchy sounds mixed with classical instruments. Similar to one of my favorite genres Glitch Hop.
I love breakcore because it itches a part of my brain that I can't explain, although I still do enjoy a variety of genres like the more chill songs you've released in the past. Honestly, I feel that you should just do with whatever you're currently feeling like creating or exploring, concerning the types of genres you'd like to tap into or experiment with. Variety helps with burnout and boredom and gives new insight about how some instruments work together. Maybe even something goofy like a mix of ska music would be pretty interesting. Either way, great track!

WHAAAAT!? I was expecting a really cool song, not an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING one. For some reason, this chaotic mix of chords and notes not only sounds good but it's also surprisingly awesome. I'm glad the violin returned for this special occasion. And the transitionsssssss they're satisfying!!
I love this thing of yours that most songs in lowercase are like the themes of a zone/world from a game but then an UPPERCASE appears and it's very intense or at least more different than usual and it works like the Boss theme!
