Hafa Adai Ms Charlene. Is this the same steps to follow when using the baked grounded rice from Onedera’s store? I mean instead of using the cream of rice?
Hafa Adai! 😊Yes… and I wish I would’ve known Onedera sold baked ground rice. I would toast my rice in a hot pan for about 15 minutes,then set aside till It was ready to go in (same time as “cream of rice “ in the video). Thank you for letting me know this!… when I go home (Guam) it’s going to make empanada one step easier for me…😊❤️

When cooled dow n, crust hard to chew..too much corn starch with corn masa
Sorry that happened,I have not had that problem, although, like any empanada or meat pie, because of the filling the center will slightly change texture after a while, but still crisp around the crust and all around enjoyable. Thank you for your comment…😊❤️
