    Please give a vote of confidence if you agree. I've asked Reallusion to sponsor me for a month or two, to help free me up in exchange for full time tutorial and content creation, including my 100 characters I've yet to fully rig, but they said no. If nothing else we could at least show them the community wants more engaging influencers to be sponsored to create more content, tutorials, etc.

    I think is just best to bring over the body part and resize it, takes less time, less trouble, less confusing. Just a suggestion, but thanks for your tut

    Is it not possible to draw separate body parts then replace them into an existing character on CA5?

    Hi! Why do we need vector files for this cartoon animator software? And not go only with photos from photoshop

    • @Boxels
      @Boxels  Год назад

      You can use either. Vectors are nice because you can make them any size without losing quality.

    • @Boxels
      @Boxels  Год назад

      You can use photoshop files just as well, but need to make sure they are to the size of screen you need so they are not pixellated. All my characters were photoshop files until CTA5, and they were made at 4k resolution to ensure crisp visuals when animating.

    I have a couple more questions. First, was buying Rigging Mastery in CTA4 worth it? Is Photopea a sufficient replacement for Photoshop? Is Character Creator 3 a replacement for Illustrator? I bought the 2D & 3D Animation Bundle but it stills seems like I need Photoshop and Illustrator to edit or create characters. I'm still not sure what everything does in that bundle, does it have the ability to animate faces for talking with a webcam or some other way? Thanks.

    Hello Jared, I am interested in getting CTA4 but am confused about exactly which products I need to create animations like yours and the ones Reallusion shows on the CTA4 product site. CTA4 is available at a decent price, but not if I need all the other Reallusion products to make it work. Also, I noticed you have Photoshop open in your background; will I need that too? Can CTA4 produce standalone mp4 files or am I going to need a second or third software as well? Thanks.

    • @Boxels
      @Boxels  3 года назад +1

      Great questions! You only need CTA4 to animate with characters that are included in the software or purchasable characters from the 2D marketplace.
      If it were me, and I really could go back (as I've purchased every single thing available, and only really use a few in my work flow) I'd purchase the 2D & 3D Animation Bundle:
      www.reallusion.com/store/product.html?l=1&p=cta#ICCTA
      Then, if you find places you need something additional, I'd look into their other addons. I think you will spend most your time in the content store / marketplace as there are many characters you can purchase and use out the gate without needing photoshop. YOu can get photoshop or the photopia to help you edit characters real quickly.

    I recently purchased Joe the Farmer character , and I must say, I am incredibly disappointed with the experience. The reason for my disappointment is the fact that the character I bought came with a watermark, making it practically unusable for its intended purpose.
    When I made the purchase, I had high hopes for a quality product that would serve my creative needs. Unfortunately, I was misled, and the watermark completely undermines the value and functionality of the character.
    Furthermore, I want to address a matter of trust. I had previously voted for this seller to be accredited, believing that they would provide reliable and valuable content. However, my recent experience has left me with no choice but to reconsider my support. I plan to ask for my vote to be removed and my trust to be rescinded, as this purchase has made it clear that my faith in this seller was misplaced.
    I sincerely hope that this review serves as a constructive critique and encourages the seller to improve their product quality and transparency. As a buyer, I believe that honesty, transparency, and delivering on promises are essential for any online marketplace. My intention is not to discourage but to provide feedback that can lead to positive changes for both the seller and future customers.

      Please contact Reallusion. There should be no watermark.
