Thank you for the house tour. I would not encourage you to start a new channel for the house improvements. It will delay the growth of this one. I'd suggest that you have a home series and name it from Home Vlog episode 1 until you are done and continue with your normal vlogs.

As a carpenter I agree with Kwanda on every opinion and suggestion 👌👌👌👌please mama ka Panda take his suggestions he is spot on. You can spray paint the wardrobes into glossy black he is talking about and change handles without removing the doors

The second lounge looks sooo big, i feel like you could turn it into your bedroom, the kitchenette space could be your study table area, and your current bedroom becomes your walk in closet and enters into your bathroom❤

Congratulations on your new home ❤ your house has so much potential. Love the open plan kitchen and walk in linen cupboard ideas. I think you can close out the door and sliding door leading outside and turn that space into a 4th bedroom, open up your room a bit more and turn the 2nd kitchen into an office space (maybe have a little coffee station and sink to utilize the plumbing there). On the outside I love the pool and lawn idea. Maybe you can do a dining set by the braai area, a lounging set by the lounge side and those swing/ hanging chairs on the outside of your bedroom. Best wishes for all the future projects for your home.

The house is huge and gorgeous and has so much potential! I love the suggestions in the comments because I was also having the same thoughts while watching the tour. Take your time with renovations and also have consultations with architects to help you with how best to use and change the space 🤞🏽🤞🏽❤️
I love the idea of 4th bedroom looks like you could even have 5 bedroom.
No need for your room extension, you can just break the wall on the wardrobe side so it can be spacious and you can have a closet area 😊 therefore that room you’re suggesting for umntana ozayo it can be also be enough for umntana ❤❤❤
First congrats our girl. I think make second lounge your master bedroom your current bedroom turn it into a walk-in closet so its big enough you don't have to use other rooms cupboards for your clothes and you can have Kwanda's shoes there. That cupboard its not bad just change the colour. Omi's bedroom is so far.

Suggestion for the main bedroom: there's alot of space you can steal in the 2nd lounge where you can make a walk in closet. And still have space for another small bedroom, office space and small lounge/kids tv room

Hi just throwing it out there, another option is to use the enclosed kitchen as scullery/pantry and just move ur nice appliciances plus Iceland over there, actually u can still use ur server window as an bar area...just needs some barchairs. Loving your place. Congrats from Namibia❤

Lovely house! Congratulations fam 💫 Here's my 2cents 😅 I agree with bhut' Kwanda on turning the second kitchen into a laundry room/Store room a washing machine and dryer would fit perfectly there. The second lounge area where umama ka Panda wants to have a bedroom.. That would be a great idea, and have a kids play room and a TV (Cinemas vibes for Panda and friends LOL)... OR a mini bar space (not necessarily le yotywala, LOL not sure if I am making sense) but if say you're hosting couples, gents can chill in the lounge area and ladies in the bar area (or vice versa)... OR have a second office space there that will have a bookshelf?? I am thinking, if you turn it into a room, the lounge space and the pation are then compromised. Also, turning the main bedroom cupboard into a walking closet will minimize the bedroom space.

Thank you for this house tour and congratulations to you 🎉. The wardrobe painting idea is great especially in the main bedroom because you still want to extend it and make it bigger so rather paint them.for now then spend the money on the room when you know it'll be a permanent upgrade.
Also I'm new here so i don't know the family dynamics I only saw last vlog as my first. maybe get a tenant for a year while also saving up for all the renovations that can afford you the luxury to have everything done all at once and not have people in and out your space.

I do carpentry, I do agree with Wanda however i would say do go for painting it's not always good on everything rather do Vynl Wrapping on the Wadrops, and you will have a plenty of Material and morden colours to choose.
Vynl Wrapping is very morden, and it offers more options than just paint.

I love this house tour congratulations once again, Kwanda is spot on about the respraying the wardrobes including the bathroom cabinet will look better in black and the shower frames to compliment the blinds, why dont you change the 2nd kitchen to your entertainment area/ bar since the big patio/braai area is on that side instead of laundry other than that you are doing well mama, i also have a couch situation and im so used to it now.

Big and beautiful house, indeed it was well looked after. I agree with tata ka P about changing the 2nd kitchen into a laundry. Get an architect guys she or he will advise you accordingly, also some walls you can not demolish as they are holding the house structure, in the meantime if you don't have it yet. get the house plans, it will greatly help your architect to see how the structure of the house is in terms of certain walls and plumbing pipes/drainage system are etc. Once again congratulations guys👌👌🙌🙌

The bedroom cupboard can be painted nyhani and just change the handles or Kwanda’s suggestion yotshintsha amacango all together. Temporary fix of cause until mama kaOmi finds what she wants to do and where with the cupboard.
