It’s stunning to see how much of a transformation one can make to an old resale flat. Patrick and Furry’s home is another example of how aesthetically and functionally wonderful a home can be despite having a growing family. It just goes to show that well-designed homes are not limited to those without children 😛 We really love the “hidden” play room (and design aside, the choice of toys and children furniture too!). It’s interesting that they took their lifestyles into consideration for the home, and also for the children’s growth. A really nice family home without compromising on design.
I can definitely tell she applies Montessori to her kids right after i saw the open ended toys on the shelves before she mentioned she's into Montessori haha
In my 30s, I upgraded from a hdb 148 sqm in tampines to a 113sqm bto in punggol with balcony overlooking waterway view. Now in my 40s with the thick profit, i upgraded again to 115 sqm condo in bukit timah where my daughter & son can jump to a pool from their bedroom. Its the quality of living that count, decent size is only one of the factors....can stack home enlighten her? Dont stain bto with a statement like "upgrade from bto".....dont bite back at her 4 rm bto that feed her...
Maybe to you, the quality of life is property location and whether if ur kids can jump into a pool but to others, it might be space for the kids to make memories and the convenience of living near parents. Upgrading has different definition to different people. To each his own, do enlighten yourself first.
No doubt that for your case, quality of living counts by living at a waterfront HDB and condo. I know some families have a preference for larger living space instead of location, views and facilities. Some families even prefer to stay in a smaller home just to live closer to the city. We all have different preferences and different uses for our house space which makes us all unique. For me, working from home has made me realize I need more space to make a study room, this will be a huge factor in my next house purchase.
Ya I think Stacked Homes should interview you next. So you can enlighten many viewers what is consider as "upgrade". Cannot wait to watch your interview!

Great point! Thanks for sharing as always!
Nice. I thought the design was done by an ID. You've proven that it's able to do up your own home with that additional effort. Nothing is impossible.
Yes, exactly! Glad you like it. Thanks for watching!
Good ID help you save time. However there are too many bad ones.
Very nice design and good taste.❤️
Thank you for your kind words 🙌

😂keen eye!
Where did she purchased the world map hanging in her son room?
Hey there! You can reach out to the homeowner to find out directly, their profile is in the description above. Thanks!
High six-figures (I assume anything between 700k - 999k) seems a bit steep for this renovation?
Is 100k not 6 figures to you?
@@khalilahamed286 She said "high six figures" not "low six figures"
Why this house featured so many times? Her own channel already featured...now stackedhomes also featured.
What’s wrong with featuring a home that the homeowner has featured on her personal channel?
@@simplelifesg3459 I got say its wrong? I just saying why featuring so many times. Apa ini?
@@jamesmadison3108 Noted that you’re not saying there’s anything wrong, Ok then 😺
More! More! Twice is not enough 😍
I prefer this video by stacked homes.

Homeowner mentioned that she didn’t have enough space in her last BTO flat. So a larger one would be an upgrade.
