Noelle knows Kris, in and out, which is why she's mildly puzzled by Kris' changes post-SOUL Intervention... And Utterly _Freaked out_ when Kris forces her to go through the "Snowgrave Route". She _Knows_ Kris. She knows Kris more than anyone, aside from Asriel and Kris... So she's the most aware that something is wrong with Kris... Which is also likely why going "Snowgrave" bothers Kris so much. Kris likely knows of Noelle's Trauma, of what happened to "Dessy", and the events related to her disappearance... A Trauma that is related to Snow and to Dessy, as trying to spell "December" (the full name of her sister), caused her to freeze during a Spelling Bee Competition... And by forcing Noelle through "Snowgrave", You, the player, are making Noelle relive that nightmare all over again... And Kris is helpless to stop you, hence the implied _Fury_ on Kris after Snowgrave is taken.
Kris and Noelle are actually pretty wholesome when we aren't forcing Kris to psychologically torture their childhood friend into a being killer on command.

She doesn't get mad at you because she knows you are a prankster by nature (Even though you are just emulating what is expected of Kris from talking to her and her dad in ch1). However I think if you try to act closer to Noelle she gives a HINT that maybe the pair of you are closer than you think.
After seeing snowgrave, it's weird that she sees so much expression on Kris. (Sounding genuine when the dog treat, and looking so hurt when she pranked them) Now I can't enjoy this scene anymore ;-;
I like how when Noelle stepped off the other switch, the current came back, but after you got through and both of you stepped off, the current didn't come back. Continuity fail right there.
That seems not merely LIKELY, but almost certain. I mean, I can't see Catti and Jockington making for nuanced characters to hold down a Dark World plot, nor MK, Snowy or Temmi... as much as we'd all love to have Temmi in our party. If I'm guessing correctly, the house will become the next Dark World... or maybe even the whole town, like Susie desired in bringing Ralsei and Lancer to the outside. That might heavily feature Toriel and possibly a prowling Undyne after her phone call. But I expect Toby doesn't want to overly rely on his old cast, so yeah, I'm expecting Berdly and Noelle to be prominent.

Everyone has done something mean, but it doesn't mean they're a bad person. Kris seems generally well liked by the town with no indication that anyone is scared or intimidated by them. They're quiet and aren't a huge deal like asriel, but they have friends and pass classes and have hobbies. No part of their character (when left to their own devices), seems malicious, more trickstery if anything. The worst thing we know they did was slashing Toriel's tires

Its not possible. In genocide, its noelle who stays on the switch on the left while Kris moves to the switch on the right. Fun fact though: If you got the freeze ring, noelle almost steps off the switch (and not in a prank way but to actually electrocute kris because she felt something was wrong.) We can see her feet moving on the switch when we are crossing the puzzle.
I wonder if they looked hurt because we the player tried hurting Noelle. If you know about the weird route then we know that Kris is being forced against their will to do all of it.
**SPOILER** (well kinda, genocide route) In the genocide route of chapter 2 Noelle would actually stand in the first button and have you walk to the second one. After you get across she would have think to herself that she wanted to step off of the button while you were in the way of the force field (probably hurting you in the process) she doesn't do it though. So seeing her and Kris joke about it here is a little funny to me.

**SPOILER** (well kinda, genocide route)
In the genocide route of chapter 2 Noelle would actually stand in the first button and have you walk to the second one. After you get across she would have think to herself that she wanted to step off of the button while you were in the way of the force field (probably hurting you in the process) she doesn't do it though. So seeing her and Kris joke about it here is a little funny to me.
