Experimental folk band, with members from Denmark, Norway and Germany.Their music is based on texts from artifacts of the Iron Age and the Viking Age. They describe their music as "amplified history from early medieval northern Europe, founded in 2014.

So tribal . I've just recently discovered them. Their beat makes my whole body move! I can't believe how the men's voices range from low throat to a soft high. And same with her. They're beautiful . Wonderful performance . Thank you!

Discovered these guys early 2018 and their music's gotten me thru a lotta loss.

About the horrors of foreign invasion, conflict and sexual violence of the slained.
I think its more on the inevitably of war and the transformation that occurs during and after, the retaliation and rebirth. War was out of necessity and had glorified connotations in pre Christian northern Europe.
Europe is currently experiencing foreign invasion
