I feel you on the potato love. I am lovingly referred to as the "potato queen" because I make the best home fries and mashed potatoes. I've never cooked my potatoes in chicken stock. Moon water is a good idea! You always inspire me to get more into kitchen witchcraft. I've made homemade gnocchi once and it was SO much effort but so worth it. I think my favorite though is my homemade potato salad. Can you tell I have Irish blood? LOL Those look fantastic.

@hestiesbestie mine is soooo basic but idk why it is so good and everyone who has tried it raves about it lmao. So Obviously boil potatoes bit get them to the point of doneness where you have the mushy outer layer, then I add melted bacon grease, mayo (preferably Best Foods/Hellmans), chopped up thick cut bacon that I typically do in the air fryer, and diced up hard boiled egg with salt and pepper to taste.

Homemade cooking everyday of my life. So now I love to go out and eat lol 😂 fast food and restaurants are my fave. But my husband does a lovely job cooking for our family. This would be so much better with homegrown potatoes!! How fortunate you are to have hubby to cook for you! I love to eat out, too, but it has to be somewhere I know I'm not gonna get mad about spending money on food I could have made better myself at home 🤣

I love all potatoes 🥔 all ways but homemade French fries and homemade mash potatoes are my fave ooh and sweet potatoes 🍠 are my absolute favorite!! Another thing we have in common. I don’t do ketchup either. Loved this definitely going to make these! 💜

I don't understand the popularity of ketchup. I'll use it on the rare occasion I'm in the mood for it, but it has to be room temp. But that's MAYBE once a year.
