Same status from last 2 weeks now but no change nor in tracker or an email confirmation received till date , how long they will take to review it or at least to get confirmation email stating that they are reviewing provided documents

There is this immigration agency company in India that is offering an LMIA from Alberta Province in the Tech Pathway Stream for 40 Lakhs Indian Rupees plus taxes. How genuine is this offer? Is it legal? The company says it is 100% legal and safe.

However, his previous IELTS has expired. Does he need to get a new one for his PR application in IRCC ? if yes then he have to get same score please help

If he travels outside Canada, then that's the end of extension.
He will return back and have a new status as a visitor effective the date of entry
