This is a traditional lunch in the Balkans. You must try these pies.

  • We can spread them across the entire table without fear. Pie crusts that don't crack and make by far the best pies. A simple recipe.
    WE WILL NEED (1 large pan or 2 smaller ones)
    1 kg of flour
    4 tablespoons of oil
    2 teaspoons of salt
    hot water
    AND THE RECIPE IS:
    ✅ For the dough: 1 kg of flour to which we add 2 spoons of salt and 4 spoons of oil. Add lukewarm water and knead the dough until it stops being sticky
    ✅ Leave the dough at room temperature for 10 minutes
    ✅ On the work surface, roll out the dough and form 4 dumplings, which we will additionally knead and make into balls
    ✅ Unroll the noodles and oil them and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature
    ✅ We stretch the noodles evenly from all sides. With a little practice, you will be able to spread the noodles across the entire table
    ✅ Cut the noodle in half and fill with filling - meat, greens, potatoes, cheese - as desired.
