Dana organizies fights. Ariel talks about fighters, comparing them is outrageous.
Ariel has been ditched and ditched his co-workers so many times its clear he is poison, while Dana builds a long term business Ariel only has his own name to trade on.

There was a moment where Paddy states that he got a million dollar contract from Barstool Sports, which was thanks to the exposure the UFC as a platform provided him. He said he wouldn’t have been offered that contract in any other much smaller organization. The opportunities to make money outside of the cage that the UFC provides is usually worth way more than the contract itself. Moron.
