on the first day it was already defective and no water or ice came out of the door

I just bought this fridge, first one was faulty straight out of the packaging registering an E09 fault. Replaced it with the same one and under the hindged self, one of the shelf runners were broken. I'm extremely disappointed as I was told that it was a good brand. The quality control is lacking.
