What better way to kick off a revival than with the recently released Mega Man 9?
The most annoying stage that isn't Wily's Castle by far in this game. A cobination of the weather in the second half of the level plus the weird magnet platforms combine together to form a perfectly healthy dose of RAGE.
Thankully, they balanced it out with a pathetically easy boss. Sure, I didn't make him look easy, but that's what I get for playing at 2 in the morning.

Trying to keep from turning upside down while bouncing is tougher than it looks, the second he cuts from 3/4 view he falls from the platform and that could be a fraction of a second miscalculation. It's best to wait till you're properly upright while spinning like he does, the bounce he did was to position himself on the platform before changing to another one. It's easy to fall off a magnet or jump into a spike if you're continually hitting jump.

That rainstorm was a breath of fresh air by the time I got done with those magnets...first playthrough, the first half of this stage IS the hardest.

anyway, he never sat there that much for me, you got really lucky bro. If he had stayed up in air more he would have been harder.

Not really. Basically, as soon as you land on the magnets? Just jump. Keep jumping and you'll just stay on top of the magnet instead of spinning around it. Easy as pie from then on.
