  • We had the oportunity to take a guided walk with Dingo our Aboriginal guide through the magnificent Daintree rainforest in North Queensland. A truly spectacular rainforest filled with many surprises. It was an amazing learning experience and an opportunity to learn a little about Aboriginal culture. What a great day!

I spent some time in the Daintree last month (April) when I holidayed in Queensland. I hope to have my Daintree videos uploaded soon. The thing that disappointed me about the Daintree was that we didn't see much wildlife. I was told that the wildlife is mainly nocturnal. Cheers mate, VB Ed.

***** When I took a holiday to Australia, I visited the rainforest near Cairns and I hiked at the Mossman Gorge. I did not go on any of the Aboriginal tours though. I just hiked on my own without a tour.
