Hi, I had tried Ec2 auto-scaling and exposed containers to a particular port using docker rather than 80. But when I terminated the instance , a new instance has been created but the container is not available on the load balancer too. Its showing as Bad gateway. Can you help me out with this?
We already have setup the instances of our web app for over a year now. And we wanted it to auto scale to optimize the cost. But I guess your video is from scratch. Is there any way to do this? Thank you
This is from scratch, yes. But depending of how complicated is to setup/deploy your app you could either do AMI baking - this means preparing an AMI from one of your instances and use that as a launch template, or you could do some additional setup via scripts or automation tools when the instance is launched. As I said this depends very much on your use case and app.
Thanks for explaining in new interface 😊
Great Explanation, you're awesome!!!
