I’m pretty sure the church has an actual room on the inside because it is a model they took on the store, because we can see this exact same church in the game Fireworks Mania

the red and white dots are probably the icons that show on the spidar
red dots = spiders
white dot = you
the red dots are probably connected to the exact position to the spiders
and its underground so when playing you cant see it

I think the buildings aren’t built by the devs but purchased from an asset making company who obviously model their buildings so the empty buildings are just modelled because the devs couldn’t find any un-modelled buildings
