What a hauntingly beautiful piece of music. The orchestra plays with such maturity and David Hattner's performance is spellbinding.

Cannot find enough words to express how beautiful this execution is, both from the soloist and the orchestra. Greetings from someone who used to be a clarinettist. Glad to hear this music.

A haunting concerto that I find deeply moving every time I hear it

Lovely to hear this. But beware: weirdly, the titles at the start give totally the wrong dates for Finzi's life. It was short, but not that short, and later. The real dates are 1901-1956.

But, it is. I play clarent too, but not nearly this well, and I stopped playing over 40 years ago. Let this be an inspiration to me. Ain't it bootieful?!!

Arguably more interesting than Bike by Pink Floyd when Roger 'Syd' Barrett was the front man.
