My dad committed suicide last year and this was our song. I even made a video timeline of his life set to it. I think I might remake it with this version and make it less sad to give to my mom as a christmas present. Thank you, Jonathan. Metal makes everything better

@@Deadwarrior000 They used it every season finale for a recap, and the main character's mother apparently used it as a lullaby. So it become the unofficial theme for the show.
What about both, Supernatural has a kickass soundtrack, and Kansas is definitely one of the best. I like both the series and the groups, most of the time I spent watching Supernatural I was also singing along to the rock tunes in the episodes.

This is beautiful. And reminds me of when my daughter wasn't even 1 yet. This song came on the radio and my daughter started making noise along with it, sounding like she was singing it. Since then, this song has been special to me and you nailed it perfectly.

@@mateokunzer, they had to make due with what they had because of Covid filming issues. While it may not have been the greatest ending, it was good considering the hurdles they had to go through to film it.

It's always really apparent when you're passionate about a song, be it a cover or one of your amazing originals. This is no exception. I love what you do, and I love seeing you truly enjoy what you do. Thank you for sharing your incredible talent and passion with us.
This is one of my favorite songs ever and every time I listen to it I think of my older brother who sadly took his own life a few years back. He was a brilliant musician in his own right and had so many other talents, from painting to cooking. He struggled with alcohol addiction since he was sixteen and it drove him to some bad places and some lows even though he tried his very best to fight it.
The rest of my family only remembers him for his addiction, but I still remember and honor him for his good points and for the person he really was underneath. This song makes me think of his struggle but more importantly, I'm reminded of the man behind the addiction, and that man was truly a good one.
Click so fast as Dean's driving when I saw this. RIP Supernatural.

For the same reason their clothes went to heaven, and Bobby's house, and the bridge at the end, obviously.
People had houses in Heaven, but Baby was Dean and Sam's home. Baby was a main part of Dean's happiness, his prized possession on Earth, making Heaven truly Heaven with her and Sam with him. That's how I saw it, anyway.
more important question: why is deans heaven so shit? oh yeah the father who abused him and sam both mentally and physically for ovee two decades, the mother who lied to him and betrayed him, his more or less father figure who also wasnt the best person towards him, that mans best friend who dean has almost no connection to and all the people he once knew when he was a totally different person? seems legit.
