I was taking Zinc Pills for a few months at the beginning of the year and I also noticed hair growth, but I stopped taking them due to an acne treatment I was on, simply bc I wasn't up for drinking so many pills daily 😅 But do try out taking some extra vitamins such as Zinc Pills and you will notice hair growth 🤗

Truth be told some people's hair grows naturally weather you following a certain routine on not. All they need is to keep it neat and hydrated
True! But I had my second big chop in April (2020) and my hair wasn’t growing at all or it was growing so slowly only in around January the next year (2021) I had a very small afro and from January I started following a hair routine and then I saw my hair growing very fast

I like originals runny leave in conditioners. They don't make my hair flaky. I don't use a lot either. A little goes a long way and it actually detangles. Thick leave ins and curling custards make my hair crusty and need to be reapplied before the next washday.

If it has water in the ingredients list it's going to revert your hair. Silicon hair polish is good for keeping hair straight.

So I’ve been following the routine for 3months just different product and it has been growing and rentanging length, I 2 different curl pattern in my head and the back grows slower than the top but we almost a small ponytail length I have a lot of split ends thou

It's a lot of heat to achieve a straight blow out.
When I blow out mine it just shrink up if I let it out 10min you know 😂 even when I flat iron my hair cant look straight 🤧.
