      @@thourayahassan2850 This Is Different Than Caramel. Maltose Syrup Is Main Ingredient To Make Candy Recipe.
      In Taiwan , China , Japan , Korea , And South East Asia , They Are Alaways Using Maltose To Make Peanut Candy..

    Next time I get rice syrup I’ll appreciate it much more, considering all that goes into making it. Similar to when I learned about soy sauce. But I want to make the Korean pepper paste. Thank you 😊
