Looking back on this series, Chloe actually made this show for me... as well as Lex, Alison Mack's and Rosenbaum's performances were just brilliant overall. Not taking away from the other actor's contributions before anyone flames me either, when Smallville was good it rocked!

They never should have brought her back after season 7. I though Clark and Lana. Seaaon 8 is when the action moved to Metropolis for the main part, so that should have been the change from Lana to Lois

It would be nearly three whole seasons (or tv years) between the Crimson kiss and the Crossfire kiss, so its plausible that Lois didn't make the connection between those two kisses (Meanwhile Lois kissed Clark throughout Season 9 so it made sense that she figured out that Clark was the Blur when he kissed her in Salvation). As far as I know, there is no other episode where the Crimson kiss is referred to by Lois.
