I believe the woman with the deeper voice is Dynelle Rhodes, the very capable daughter or the late Izora Armstead, an original member. These ladies have the musical DNA of the original members, Martha Wash and Izora Armstead. They do the original Weather Girls justice and should feel proud. While Izora has passed on, Martha Wash is alive, well, and continuing her successful solo career.

I think you're confusing. Izora is the one who died early. And this Video was recorded in 2009 and Izora died in 2004.
