I've not used the MOXF yet but I believe it's possible.
I have connected them and did get sound but what I cannot get is the midi to play a different tone to that on the main board
I think if on the Yamaha music website they have information on how to change midi transmission channels. Maybe that will help.

Hi bro. Am not sure if it's possible cause most E series keyboards ihave seen don't have a 6 pin midi out port . But If the E series you have has a midi out then it could work.
hope somebody to this. its working well with my korg ek50. all you need is midi usb host.
Can we connect mpc studio drum pad to s770?
If it has a 5 pin midi out port I think It will work. I've tried connecting a Launchkey midi keyboard that has drum pads and the pads work for drumming.

@@LAZARSELVA Drums in. Instead of using the keys on the keyboard to play virtual drums you can use the Pads.
@@YeshuaMuzic my doubt is, in keyboard we hav only 4 multi pads. Can we use launchkey as extra multipads???

Do you mean USB 2.0 to midi?
@@YeshuaMuzic i have a to connect two keyboard (btype usb out to b type usb in) since keyboard doesnt have 5 pin midi.
@@PRANITGONDHALI I understand you now. It doesn't really work with the USB to USB as the USB ports on the PSR only transfer data not midi.
Can you make both keyboards play what the “host” keyboard is playing as far as keeping both keyboards for instance playing Organ essentially becoming a Double Keyboard Organ? As you can see I don’t know much about MIDI I am a old timer.
I understand what you mean. Am sure there is a way to have the same sound on both keyboards
@@YeshuaMuzic Well doesn’t the Master Keyboard control the sound coming out of the Slave Keyboard essentially making the two keyboards equal to a double keyboard? What I want to do is connect a Roland VR09 Keyboard to a older Casio Keyboard I own through MIDI. The sounds on the Roland are much better then what is in the older Casio so the Roland VR09 will be the Master Keyboard and the Casio the Slave Keyboard.
@@ffas23 honestly I don't know much either about how midi works but I think As long as the "Slave" keyboard has midi out it should be able to get a midi signals that can be controlled on the main keyboard.
After that 2 keyboards connected, can we connect PSR keyboard to PC via usb to host?
Since the is only one USB to host port you can't connect to PC whilst at the same time as another keyboard.

Will my sx 700 work with s670 cause some keys on the sx are not working and will it work by the midi and usb type A or we call the printer cable or i have to buy this cable only?
Am not sure of that will work. Does the s670 have a 5pin midi out port??

@davedugdale1625 for this to work you need to use the 5pin midi port. I don't think USB port will work.

Not really, it works on all keyboad sizes. 49, 61, 88

You need the midi ports. If the keyboard doesn't have the midi ports I don't think it can connect.
