Furthermore, teleporters use the math of the 11 Dimensions before using their power, and this requires concentration, so any distraction can cause their power not to activate . Kuroko for example has a distance and weight limit for teleporting and just teleporting pins on clothes like Kuroko normally does requires a lot of calculation, so moving targets makes her calculations more difficult as she would not only have to use math but also predict where the enemy will move and calculate how your teleportation interferes with the reality of the world. And finally, teleporting something inside the body would need to go through the enemy's AIM Field. The higher the level, the stronger the AIM I think.
