People are generally absolutely miserable. If they could do better, they wouldn't even be here. They have holes in their souls and fill it with everything but what they actually need. It's sad.
Especially for kids and teenagers. I think their phone usage or any kind of device usage should be heavily cut down from what it is right now. And it needs to come from schools and parents, because the kids themselves don't understand how harmful it is for them.
