Side not to my comment, yes she did cheat because I did the exact same build onto smite, the cooldown is 14 seconds at most, and she used her dash with count and then teleported 8 seconds later so she didn’t have her dash

Yeah but you can't just level ur 3 on a matchup where you need it to scape, otherwise you'd be losing dmg overall, or dying cuz you used your 3 offensively and now you can't disengage
I looked it up and the Jing Wei's name, it's Korean. The translator says it means "Puffy Fume"(픃퓮퓶퓸). Not sure if they are trying to hide their name or if it's someone who genuinely speaks Korean.
