Basic Maintenance of a Digital Multimeter ( DMM)

Every once in a while the battery in the digital multimeter needs to be replaced once its charged has been depleted. It's simple but done incorrectly can result in damage to cheaper DMM's. In addition it is very common to blow the protection fuse for the current input. This video will show you how to test and replace the fuse and what to look for on a fuse for a correct choice in replacement. This tutorial is well suited for the electronic / electrical technician, technologist, engineer, trades person, or home hobbyist that has no experience with a test bench DC power supply.
