If you have the physical space and cash, buy a chest freezer for seasonal food purchases. Even a small freezer can hold a lot, allowing one to enjoy fruit and veg all year round. Also good for certain items that you find on sale (bread, etc.).

Do you use bullet Journal ? I do for the last 5-6 years. But it s overwhelming for me these days.

I used to completely use a bullet journal but last year switched to one with monthly overviews already in them. This year ive gone for a weekly one with dotted pages next to and a dotted pages notes section. So much easier to manage x

In the USA our libraries also have free passes to museums and events. Do they have that in the UK too? Also you could extend your game night to a party night where you invite lots of people, have them each bring their favorite kid game, and then you can mingle and play easy games. It’s really fun!

Thats amazing. Such a shame we dont have that. Great idea about the games night party 👌

Covid restrictions taught many of us how to live frugally. What was your best strategy from that time that you could still use now?

That i dont need to spend money on things but experiences. And that most experienced are little to no cost. Its time with the people that matter
