I wish people out there in Goa would care for the strays ( dogs, cats and cows ) especially who have now been seen on the roads aimlessly searching for food. Sad that inspite of so many food joints and hotels in every nook and corner they are not getting any leftovers. Surprises me how people can be so hard hearted. Disgusting. Thank God people in Mumbai are generous and caring towards the strays. 😌
