This line of watches, sbdc061/63 are incredible. Seiko knocked it out of the park with this line. I was on the fence for moths about this watch due to the steeper price and 44mm size. In regards to the price, it’s worth every penny. You get a watch that rivals the quality of Omega and Rolex very very closely. In regards to the size, the watch wears more like a 41mm. It wears just like my Omega seamster. I fell in love with this watch as soon as I opened es the box. So in love, that 2 weeks later I sold my tag Heuer aquaracer and bought the sbdc065 “great blue hole”. Man!!! I was in love again. Incredible watches worth every penny. My Omega Seamster, Rolex explorer, Breitling colt 41, and omega speedmaster have taken a 2 month vacation, cuz I can’t get these 2 watches off my wrist. Great job Seiko

See how it looks in the video, my wrist is only 0.5cm larger. You can wear it, but it's going to wear like a big watch. If you want something slightly smaller look at the Citizen NY0040, it's more rugged, but one of my favourites and wears great on a small wrist. Check out my 36mm Smith's reviews for something that's going to look really nice on 16cm wrist
That's the spirit.. always room for one more. I think the 06x wears a little smaller than the 05x, but they are both great watches and different enough in my book to have both!!
I have the SBDC051. I wish the outer edge of the hands were polished... instead of the dull metal look. They do not match the watch. Same can be said for the SBDC061/063.
Haha, i hadn't even noticed. Can't say it bothers me, but I agree that would be an improvement. I saw a modded 61 with MM hands which looked pretty good
Agreed, most of my 6r15's are less accurate than 7s26 and 4r36's, and also quite sensitive to how you put them down at night (crown up/dial up etc). But within 10s a day which i can deal with, My Lorier was phenomenal, better than 1s a day, don't know if they regulate them, but it had better accuracy than any Rolex or omega that I've owned!!

If you find one at a good price your won't regret picking one up. It's a great watch. It wears a little bigger than a BB58 though.

Had several Seiko watches with this movement . And I found the accuracy not very good at all.
