It's inside the WordPress, once you install it and add plugin you will get this option in a panel admin panel :)

Unfortunately, the tutorial does not refer to the installation of MDB 5 on an external server of a third party provider. I have not found any reference to this on your pages. MDB CLI only works via the Terminal.app on your own PC. Where do I get the files style.css, Index.php, page.php, header.php, footer.php, and how on the external server.
