God has saved a wretch like me. To God all the glory! I was a lesbian for 42 years and God delivered from my abominations. In 2019 I hit rock bottom and cried out to the Lord to help me. Abba Father heard my cry, was delivered and baptized Nov 21, 2020. I give God all the glory. I was not born this way. My childhood traumas and young adult rapes led me astray. I thank God Almighty in Heaven He chose me for a time like this! You cannot be gay and serve the LORD. There are many, many former homosexuals with similar stories but you won't hear about it in the mainstream media because they have a false narrative to push. To God all the glory, amen. 🕊🤍❤️🤍🕊
All of this “deeper meaning” and “lost text” and “scriptural errors”, etc. is the SAME way we got in this mess we’re in. The serpent convinced Eve that what God said was not what He meant. This is what’s happening now on a very large scale.
Who are we to “interpret”? We are fallen and deceived. I’d love to see people read it, and OBEY THE WORD as it is written. When people have to twist up scripture to make it fit their Sin, it’s a Satanic Deception. We all have the same standard. It’s a Choice and consequence for disobedience. This guy is trying to disregard the consequences for his choice in disobedience . Society has changed, THE WORD WILL LAST FORVER, NEVER CHANGING. We are retched sinners.. so a Man’s “interpretation” is a lie .
@ Well, I think we’re speaking about two different gods because my God has the capital letter to distinguish Him from all of the other gods that exist. Nevertheless, I’m pretty sure you’re talking about another god because the problem is not with God, it’s with man. Men are wise in their own eyes and do not seek understanding by the power of the Holy Spirit. They are convinced that an intellectual understanding of scripture will suffice. So again, it’s not God, it’s men being deceived by the enemy just like he deceived Eve, no different.
@@catamarancoop8830 That's quite a sanctimonious response coming from you. You do realize that Yahweh was a pagan storm deity that the Jews adopted as their god right? So a lowercase g is actually appropriate. And the point is that if this god is all knowing, he'd know how to communicate a precise message to everyone. It should have been a simple matter of fact, like 2+2=4. But what we have are 10's of thousands of denominations, because no one can truly understand what the text is conveying. So god either knew that his method of communicating was subpar and did it anyway, or he didn't care.
@jacoborr7248 That's what you get from truly repented? I think he meant that he repented and it was for real. He changed his ways after that. Just because we repent and turn away from our sin..doesn't mean we are free from sin and everything is fine. We will continue to sin until death because our works fail us. The Lord truly knows our heart and intentions
Honestly, even if my opinion of Rogers isn't the highest, the honest truth is, despite his slips, the effect he had was about the same effect that you would have had, Mr. Cory. They weren't there to hear. This is the same thing that happens to you when you engage with others who don't have any will to hear the text as the truth. At least there are witnesses that they heard the word of God, and rejected it.
This is absolutely true. I listened to the whole thing. They weren't driven by intellect and research. Not the word or God's spirit or ways. No fruit. Look like the world. They didn't want to hear it at all
@@nope...........nah, Marcus should not be doing ANY talking at all. Especially here where an actual pastor should be showing real Biblical knowledge..
He did a great job! I couldn’t have sat there and endured this kind of debate. Not there yet.. but I pray that when its time for me to defend the Gospel that my defense will honor and bring glory to our Lord. 🙏🏾
@@steviet3995 At least he acknowledges his sin. He has spoken over and over again about his life and has never tried to justify anything . What’s left now is between him and the Most High.
Many gays are delusional and want to find anything to use to justify them being gay and doing what they want they are very bold about being wrong especially black gays alot are very loud
I feel Marcus Rogers did a pretty good job. It was literally 2 on 1 and I can imagine that when you are in these situations it can be very difficult to remain focused. I found it very difficult to even stomach what these two so called Pastors had to say. They are obliviously delusional and have debased minds. They will not listen to sound doctrine but rather recreate the context of it to support their sinful desires. I’ll Pray for them.
Marcus did as well as "he" could do. He should have been paired with someone a bit more versed in the scriptures. The challenge with Marcus is he does tend to throw out scriptures without actually applying context. The gay men were then able to simply attack what he threw out and he wasn't able to press them and make them articulate their interpretation. In that, I could tell Marcus was a bit insecure in his ability to speak 100% on the context of the scriptures he was throwing out. This is why when they claimed "we have to look at the context of said scripture", Marcus didn't push back. He just threw out another random scripture. So while his intent was pure, he needed to be paired with someone else.
He didn't just throw out scriptures. All of the scriptures he referenced were in context. When someone has a reprobate mind, they consciences are backwards and they are confused. @@TitusLennon
@nicolelewis6312 He absolutely did just throw out scriptures without applying specific context. Some of yall don't realize there's a difference between preaching the gospel and defending it or debating the gospel. Marcus is great a preaching the gospel. Marcus does what Marcus does well. He's not the greatest when it comes to being able to debate or apply specific necessary when debating. Yall feel the need to defend him. But I'm not attacking him. The reality is that setting wasn't designed for him to try to win a soul. That wasn't even the point.
I couldn’t even watch this! Yes it seems like it’s just a debate but we have to be veryyyyyyy mindful of what we listen to and I will not be lending my ears to this mess!
Corey, you are not being honest. I saw some of this. And from what I saw, Marcus absolutely defended the Bible. And he did it well. He even used the scriptures that you, Corey, pointed out. He even made the same arguments you did. He threw out scriptures showing them how sodomy and being effeminate are wrong . Marcus stuck to the word of God and did not interject his own opinion. Isaiah 28:10 (paraphrased) Precept upon precept. Line upon line, line upon line. Here a little and there a little. That's what Marcus did with people that claim to know the Bible Why didn't you play the part where Marcus was speaking?
Exactly. I watched it too. I was waiting for Corey to be balanced play also What marcus responded with scriptures and the same relevant points Marus Pointed out. Not just the erroneous doctrines of these two men. If Anyone would just watch Corey video if will appear appear Marcus looks dumbfounded and just taking it. Marcus held it down against theses two.
@fostenalifeandhealthcoach i don't think I'll be able to support this RUclips channel anymore. Being a liar goes against the law of God and he blatantly lied on a fellow Christ follower. That's low.

Christ JESUS of Nazareth, who is THE WORD, John 1:1, John 1:14, yielded HIS ALL, Matthew 26:39; Mark 14:36; Luke 22:42; not even rebelling against HIMSELF! ALL who rebel against THE WORD, not living THE WORD, will SURELY be left!
No such thing as a 'gay marriage'. That's like a square triangle or a married bachelor. It's a logical contradiction. A marriage is between a man and a woman, don't give credence to sinful practices by conflating them with holy sacraments.

Correct. I respect the way Marcus is always ready and willing to take on these conversations and debates. He never backs down and is always defending his faith.
Well I don’t agree with this comment because this isn’t just “Theology” it’s the word of God. What we can never do is change God’s word to fit us it doesn’t work that way.

Corey, I would have preferred if you didn't pick on how you think Marcus was deficient and just deal with the arguments of the two pastors. Marcus used scripture to defend his position and got his points across very well. That being said, It would have been very interesting to hear these pastors address the scriptures you referenced in this video.
With all due respect to Corey it’s easy to Monday morning quarterback. Anytime someone is involved in a debate you will go back and reflect in your mind how you wished you had said this or that. But when you’re in the heat of the moment you cannot always think of everything. Or you don’t always express yourself as artfully as you would like.
YESSS 👏 thank you for covering this! I saw this and thought it was diabolical and disturbing!! How dare these “gay pastors” twist the scripture for their own pleasures
What is so sad is that these so called pastors actually believe what they are laying down. Most false teachers do not even realize the devil is using them to lead others away from the Truth and into error. They are spiritually blind guides leading others who are spiritually blind off the road and into the ditch. See Matthew 15:14.
I’ve watched the debate. I think Corey was unfair to Marcus here. He let the word of God lead. Disagree with Corey saying Marcus was the wrong person to defend the text. It was God’s plan. That video probably also reached a lot more people as a result.
You're 21, and you were a lesbian for 18 years and stopped at 19? Are you stating you were sexually active when you were age 1? And preferred the company of other 1 year old girls? I'm not questioning your journey, just your understanding. 🤔🫡
This live was Great!! I watched the whole 4hr live and didn’t get tired. This conversation was definitely needed. I enjoyed this THROUGHLY. Marcus was standing strong for the Lord. GOD Bless Him. Marcus did a Great Job!!! He did exactly what God needed him too. Cory don’t ostracize how Marcus handled this. He pointed out almost all the scripture that most people would. He did Great. If you feel you can do better than, Go on the show and do it.
Unfortunately, the thinking pattern of these two gentlemen has given way to a stronghold and it has them settled in their delusion. Anything said to them is basically a waste of breath. Until God removes the blinders the enemy is using to blind them and hold them in bondage, they will not be able to see. The question is, will God remove the blinders? Because God does not and will not force His truth upon anyone.
As a gay man and a non-believer who is very gradually looking into Christianity but does respect it regardless, I think that if you're going to claim belief in a doctrine that has such high stakes (literally eternal salvation) and you have the authoritive word of God then there should be no deviation from that word, otherise does it not lose credibility? If the creator says your lifestyle goes against his natural order for creation then that's what it is, you don't have to like it but as a believer you have to take Gods word as truth. I think why a lot of gay people try to find loopholes is because they genuinely want God but they don't want to either face the reality of changing through a definitive spiritual process or they don't believe it can happen. And I get that, to be honest I'm sceptical of people who claim to suddenly go from gay to straight and wonder if it's not more of an emotional/psychosomatic issue instead (like I said I'm not a believer) The very idea of being heterosexual is foreign to me and even if I was in the Faith I would struggle to believe it could happen...but I suppose there in lies the process. I'm in my 40s now and as I've looked back over my life and measured my homosexuality against Christianity I can't help but see that being gay has actually taken things from me. Gay "culture" itself is horribly promiscuous and founded on sex with anonymous men without any actual focus on healthy emotionally intelligent relationships - again, maybe due to the biblical idea of it going against natural order - so many gay men live their lives and end up alone. Or being a husband and father. We all know for men family plays a significant role in our sense of meaning and fulfilment in our lives so to have that removed from under you by a cosmic disorder in creation can lead to some pretty existential psychological/emotional consequences. The life of Jesus appears to speak a much more satisfied and fulfilled life than being gay in a hyperindividualistic-porn addled world does. Maybe I'm close.
Keep going to God, keep seeking, keep talking to Him, keep asking Him to reveal Himself to you. Don't feel like you have to get "clean" before you accept Him in your heart. Come to Him sincerely and He will do the rest.
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Corey, you seem to have a particular issue with Marcus Rogers. The battle lines of the debate were very clear from a biblical standpoint, and there's a reason why Marcus was invited to present the Christian position, whether you agree with it or not. Do not allow personal misgivings about Marcus to detract from your ministry, as it's a common theme in much of your content. Those gay men (they're not pastor or reverend) are given over to a reprobate mind and showed no willingness to adhere to sound doctrine. This is spiritual wickedness in high places and a degree of deception that's confronting all Christians. A master's degree is an inadequate defence in God's courtroom, and without Jesus Christ as an advocate they will ultimately be found guilty and condemned. I pray that they repent and come to Christ, wherein their testimony would be powerful for tearing down such strongholds.
I'm so glad that after seeing this video I went and watched the over 3 hour long original. You are wrong Cory to go against Marcus. IMO He did a fabulous job handling God's word on this debate and I'm sure God is pleased with him.
I watched the whole 3hr+ of that video last night.. The one guy(not calling him a pastor) keeps saying you have to take into account of someone’s “Lived Experience”, but when you get Ex Gay callers, chats, & the video from Jackie Hill, he didn’t/doesn’t take their “lived experience”.. Make it make sense 🤦🏾♂️😆
They ate Marcus up from an academic/scholarly standpoint. Their education levels didn't match and the two pastors vernacular on the subjects, flew right over Marcus head. He didn't know what to do. 😂😅
I’m always amazed by people who claim to be Christian but don’t want to follow what the Word says. What’s the basis for their Christian belief if it’s not the scripture?
They don’t want to change It hurts and no there are no contradictions according to the person who also wrote below you. Because they think it’s innate Ana may not understand why they are like this they’d rather keep “their true self” Ana have God. But if ultimately God judges us and in the end, we either go with him or not I probably would rather get my life straight. Then have a big Maybe… I’ll be with God… and crosses their fingers.
As you said they are used to having these type of conversations, so they're well prepared, on the defense and already know what they're going to say talking fast and making it seem like they're saying something but they're not. They needed someone that was a bit more aggressive and knew how to have these types of conversations. .
I'm so glad you tackled this. The folks who hold this Brandon Robertson theological stance on homosexuality, because let's be honest, that's what it is, they always try to accuse folks of not doing a "deep dive" by going to the Greek and Hebrew. I wish you'd have them on your channel to debate them.
WHY DO PEOPLE WASTE THERE TIME ARGUING WITH PEOPLE WHO GOING TO BELIEVE AND DO WHAT THEY WANT ANYWAY..PRAY FOR THEM AND LEAVE THEM ALONE..IF GOD TURNED THEM OVER TO A REPROBATE MIND,YOU WASTING YOUR TIME..
It’s not a waste of time if young people and babes in Christ, who are already confused see this and hear how the scriptures hold true. These men are wolves who can seriously influence how impressionable people see the word of God. Especially since it’s not being discussed by Strong, pastors in churches
@trueheart8739 it is being discussed by apostle Geno Jennings on UTUBE all the time, but it is clear people are not listening TO GOD,but the devil..so that is a choice, and it is written in the Bible, and after you tell them, and show them in the Bible, they still find excuses to continue in sin..so to me it is a waste of time
Exactly, it’s really pointless. Makes me feel like it’s just content opportunity to be honest to show oneself. Wisdom tells me not to even engage in people that try to go against the authority of the word like that. Like what’s the point! lol Bible tells me what kind of people they already are. It’s called being reprobates and a heretic. You having a debate isn’t going to change it.
Marcus did a great job let Let us do a great job for supporting anyone fighting for our faith in truth. The Bible says there heart is the problem. They choose their own way instead of GODS way of righteousness
I watched most of the 3-hr long video and I’m glad I did. I don’t typically agree with Marcus but he stood on business with these two gay pastors. Sure there were some missteps but he contended for the faith with scriptures! Really proud of Marcus because those gay pastors were trying to shade him because they went to seminary.
Wow! Don't praise Marcus for stepping up for jesus, just to take a shot at him. Stop trying to divide the body and just help if you see your brother in the faith fighting to get the truth out.
His criticism is to make Marcus better at fighting for truth. If we don't improve ourselves we will lose the battle against false teaching and possibly lose our faith.
I agree that’s literally how I feel now every time I watch Corey’s videos. I don’t know how to feel about that. It literally makes my heart sad to see it! It’s always something negative. It can never just be constructive edification. For example Marcus you did good. You know these are excellent points. I would’ve added to that at this scripture or that scripture. Or left out blah blah blah but overall, you really defended the faith to the best of your ability. Why does it always have to be low blows and unbrotherly criticizing?
@@toyatoya5539 Thank you 👏🏼. All Corey could have done was simply added more to what Marcus had already put out there and in the same sentence also giving credit to Marcus.
The problem is, anyone will try to justify their sin. People do this with any sin, dressing immodestly, being gluttonous, divorce. Etc. people will run around and around trying to find a reason they can keep doing what they’re doing. The Bible may not speak to every situation specifically, but you can find a biblical principle for almost every situation in life if you study it enough and use the holy scripture to discern it, you understand what’s the heart of the issue. The heart of the issue with gay marriage is that it is clearly not Gods design for marriage, and you’re choosing how you feel over obedience. Same as divorce in many instances, and same for premarital sex. It’s not Gods design and you’re choosing how you feel and what you want over obedience to God. It’s not that complicated in my opinion.
Just because Marcus didn't respond to the Leviticus comment doesn't mean he didn't know the context. When you are in the midst of a debate you aren't looking to attack every argument. Those abusers of mankind threw a lot of deflections to break the over all direction Marcus was going
This is why honestly I pray Marcus and Corey can keep some kind of a relationship so Marcus can eventually learn some from Corey. Corey seems to be the only person that has interacted with Marcus that Marcus will at least partially listen to. Because Marcus is bold and willing to jump out there on these platforms to TRY to address sin biblically, he needs to be more learned. The rest of these RUclips folks have really done nothing helpful in the way they've addressed Marcus, but at least Corey can give him some tools.
So glad that you mentioned that Marcus is actually bold and willing to jump onto these platforms ie he actually does a lot for the kingdom than people who will be in these comments criticising him calling him false. Marcus is not perfect and doesn’t know everything and so is me, you Corey and any other believer we are all learning as we go. Marcus actually doesn’t get the credit he deserves.
They can learn from one another. We are. here to enlighten one another. Iron sharpens iron! I would encourage you to be careful as how you speak because you sound like brother Corey is greater than Marcus. Absolutely not!
@@jimharris8946 I appreciate your admonishing. I respectfully disagree b/c given the contect of my point, I was talking about being able to successfully and coherently make a point when having these public debates. Marcus does go all over the place when he has these discussions, so I was speaking solely about debating only. Has nothing to do with either being greater than the other.
@FishermanBubb point taken. However, the context of my post was solely about debating b/c Marcus does tend to get emotional and bounce all over the place at times, and he doesn't go deep enough. That's all I was referring to.
I think Marcus did Awesome because he stood on God’s word. Matthew 24:35 says, “Heaven and Earth will pass away but my word remains.” The Holy scriptures changes not. These Gentlemen has only shown how lost they were, and the spirits of pride and rebellion has taken over their lives. The reason that the spirit of God can’t live in these pastors is because a Demonic spirit already dwells in them. Even God will give them over to a reprobate mind. We must bind the spirit of pride and rebellion and continue to pray for these “pastors “. God Bless.
Marcus did a great job imo. I really dislike how the one guy talked down to Marcus like he didn't understand scripture. He may not have perfect theology but defended this point very well. There is one Spirit and one interpretation. Their interpretation is wrong and there is no way around it. They love their sin more than they love God bottom line. Well done Marcus.
@@aHavenForTheLost Does the same standard apply to Marcus, it alright for Marcus to live in adultery, but the gay pastors can't live in there sinful lifestyle?, isn't that the pot calling the kettle black.

I’m so tired of Corey coming after Marcus on everything he does. It’s like you sit and wait for Marcus to come out with something so you can rip him apart. Corey who are to say you have the Bible completely right yourself. It seems as though you’re focused on the wrong things too much. You should encourage not discourage. You need to make sure that God is even pleased with you! Everyone, including you have fallen short. I don’t think God is please with you always having something negative to say about Marcus (his other son) all the time and you seem to always do it on your show. God looks at the heart, not how much Bible you think you know, make sure you got the correct understanding about the Bible yourself and thank God that there are some men out here that loves God and shows it consistently.
I don't see Corey speaking against Rogers responses to those men as an attack on Roger. The devil will trip you up on scriptures if the scriptures are misrepresented or misplace why trying to reason. However, when we want to represent truth, we must understand the context of scriptures. To many people are speaking on scripture and not dealing with its proper perspective as the writer intended. When I speak with any sinner I give them scriptures that falls under the umbrella of sin itself. I don't attack their sin character, but action of sin itself and how it is in conflict with a Holy God! like Gino Jennings say, "get Bible William." Give them a word that defends itself and that leaves no misunderstanding. Truth Stands alone and everything else will fall!
Seeing your comment before the video you make it seem as if this video is just an attack on Marcus. After watching it, it doesn't come across that way at all. I think you're being a little too defensive on someone else's behalf.
@@Andible I was reading others response to the video. I felt Corey was just saying when we have discussions with those we are trying to deal with base on scriptures. We must always make sure the context we use is properly addresses the points you are making!
I think you biais toward Marcus is blinding you, respectfully. He usually has a lot of theology wrong, but I think he did very well in this debate...more than just "okay".
Loved this video in particular because I've actually asked a fellow member of my congregation last week, "Why do we have gay people in the church actively working and looking effeminate?" And the response was,"we can't stop those that want to praise God." I get wanting to praise God, but not if you're still living and embracing that particular lifestyle. Should I be looking to worship elsewhere or just focus on my own salvation?
@Steve-og4ii that's my concern also, I've stayed because I was at a low point in my life and I felt better after I accepted God but there are numerous things about that bothers me. I just always told myself I know why I'm here so I focused on that alone
There a scriptures like that Jesus says get behind ME I never knew you. Jesus say if you love Me keep My Commandments, if you say you love Me and don’t keep My Commandments your a liar. Jesus is going to say to people to those who think they can do anything and not repent. Jesus considers Homosexuality a sin and must repent .
The gay pastor speaking about the conceit of the Bible basically just said the Bible overestimates its infallibility! So then he really doesn’t believe in the Bible as the true word of God anyway!! If you don’t believe the word of God is infallible, then why are you “teaching” it!?
Marcus Rodgers discussed this in full on his channel. Give Marcus Rogers Grace brother 🙏. If you looked into Marcus channel you'd have known he was just a passer by when he heard them calling out to the public. "if anyone can discuss this, please come up". If you listen closely to the discussion in full you'd know those two guys were pushing calvinism. 😅😅😅😅😂
Furthermore, Marcus advertised the debate beforehand on his channel, stating as follows: 8 PM EST tonight I will be debating some gay "pastors" on the hardly initiated youtube channel!
I just happened to watch two shorter uploads from that channel tonight before clicking here. Each one had a guest, one a young man who was delivered from being gay, is now married with one child, the other was a woman in her 50s who lived as a lesbian for years and is now delivered. Both of these guests had such strong testimonies and boldly told the truth: you cannot be a practicing homosexual and a Christian. These two gay pastors were giving them daggers the entire time they spoke. They seemed annoyed with their testimony and their stories of being delivered from homosexuality.
I don’t know Corey sound lil you hating on Marcus a little bit 😂…Marcus did a great job in a live debate with strong opposition against his position. He fully stood on scripture and articulated his the reasons for referencing those scriptures. I think the only Misstep was when he referenced HIV statistics which is pretty high among heterosexual people.
When he said when we get a revelation of the Bible we don’t go deeper and seek “greater truths”. Eluding that there are greater truths than the Bible is possibly a BIG DEAL… but I don’t wanna condemn nobody… but Good God… the pride and self glorification in these men… I hope God does not say woe to them

The question I would ask both pastors, since they're argument was about the Bible and different translations and how people need to dig deeper. Well sir, if you continue to dig and found out you were wrong, what is your next step? Do you repent or continue doing what you're doing knowing that you found out the truth about it?
Yo Corey I gave you the benefit of the doubt when if comes to Marcus Rogers . I get you don’t agree with a lot things he says and that’s fine but you coming off as a hater . I see what’s going on if Marcus doesn’t speak the Word in your standards he’s wrong your being legalistic Sir and that ain’t cool. He gave Marcus credits but he pointed out how Marcus was unable to rebut them and go into the context of the scriptures he rattled off. Corey is the only person I know that has criticized Marcus while at the same time to help him.
@ I got a question who is Corey to be teaching Marcus anything? Doctrine can always be questioned because it flawed by human opinion that’s why you need the Holy Spirit for discernment. A lot of these Christian RUclips content creators spend too much time criticizing doctrine and not enough time criticizing these counterfeit Christians who promote sin.

The Tanakh & Torah teach that marriage is between a man and a woman. Leviticus 18:22 also teaches, "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a woman; it is an abomination."
That was a list of laws for a certain group of people in a certain time and place. Leviticus was for the people that invaded Canaan and is for the Jewish people of today.
@@natsusatsujinki8342 The Jews were the Keepers of the Law Jesus did not do away with the law, In Matthew 19:4-5, Jesus reinforces the timeless truth about marriage, saying, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?” This powerful statement directly points back to Genesis 2:24, where God's design for marriage is established-a sacred union between one man and one woman. Jesus affirms that marriage isn't just a cultural norm, but a divine institution, created for love, partnership, and unity from the beginning of time.
Marcus Rogers is doing a great job. I think you don’t like the fact that you wasn’t or the guys from all things theolog weren’t called to be on the panel.
I’m so tired of Corey coming after Marcus on everything he does. It’s like you sit and wait for Marcus to come out with something so you can rip him apart. Corey who is to say you have the Bible completely right yourself. It seems as though you’re focused on the wrong things too much. You should encourage not discourage. You need to make sure that God is even pleased with you! Everyone, including you have fallen short. I don’t think God is please with you always having something negative to say about Marcus (his other son) all the time. God looks at the heart, not how much Bible you think you know.
Their selective in reagards to SIN....FYI - at those rainbow churches they dont do Baptism cause they dont teach repentance....its more of a social reform
I think Marcus did a fantastic job. And none of the passages he quoted were out of context or not related to the discussion. I listened to the entire thing. Several times. In the moment we do the best we can and we use the platforms and opportunities we get to minister Christ. The race is not to the swiftest sir and if you want an opportunity to also discuss it would be great to request an invitation. Can’t even begin to understand why you think criticising the wonderful work that Marcus did would be beneficial, to you or the Kingdom. Next time watch the whole this coz all your interjections Marcus already made those same exact points.
WE must've forgotten that it is HIS kingdom and NOT ours! Understand that heaven is not filled with sinners but redeemed and made whole and renewed by GOD so that we are worthy to be in HIS presence for ALL eternity! So, it is NOT our call! When someone dies, a Christian, pastor or not, we automatically say that person is now in heaven. HOW DO WE KNOW FOR SURE? Even the bible says (Matthew 7:21) - "Not every one that said to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven." Our self righteousness and good deeds are filthy rags in GODS presence! It is ONLY between you and GOD! When we die, WE are alone. None of your family, friends or your favorite pastor will be there to stand with you. It is just you and GOD. If you die a sinner you will for sure be judge! If you die repented and redeemed? YOU will NOT be judge. Because the holy Bible says in Hebrews 8:12 that if we confess our sins - For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” How are you being judge by our sovereign GOD when HE remembers it NO MORE! Instead you will be greeted by GOD in Matthew 25:21: - “Well done, good and faithful servant” GLORY TO GOD!!! So, there is NO GAYS in heaven! 😂

Amém
Funny that god's word could have so many different interpretations? You'd think that he'd know how to communicate himself to everyone .

@ Right.!!

With all due respect to Corey it’s easy to Monday morning quarterback. Anytime someone is involved in a debate you will go back and reflect in your mind how you wished you had said this or that.

Marcus did an awesome job defending the faith. For me it’s not about who defends the word as long as it’s not compromised.
@@jimharris8946💯
Why would you expect them to defend the biblical stance?
Unfortunately, the thinking pattern of these two gentlemen has given way to a stronghold and it has them settled in their delusion. Anything said to them is basically a waste of breath. Until God removes the blinders the enemy is using to blind them and hold them in bondage, they will not be able to see. The question is, will God remove the blinders? Because God does not and will not force His truth upon anyone.
It'd be like an alcoholic wanting to go to church and pray while continuing to drink and get wasted.
Be blessed,as you seek your salvation, may God's spirit guide you to him ,with a repentant heart.

@FishermanBubb point taken. However, the context of my post was solely about debating b/c Marcus does tend to get emotional and bounce all over the place at times, and he doesn't go deep enough. That's all I was referring to.
I’ve been waiting on this all morning ☺️
I wish these two pastors was going toe-to-toe with pastor Gino😅 boy oh boy
He would have devoured them
😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
AMEN
Well said!
@@aHavenForTheLost Does the same standard apply to Marcus, it alright for Marcus to live in adultery, but the gay pastors can't live in there sinful lifestyle?, isn't that the pot calling the kettle black.
@steviet3995 Marcus does not live in adultery. Nice try. These men use scripture to advocate for their lustful and sinful lives. If you're talking about Marcus' past, we all have a past but Christ covers those sins.
@@aHavenForTheLost It's his present not his past, he's currently living in adultery, according to the word of God, Mathew 19:9. If you support a known adulterer and say nothing your in danger of going to Hell.
@steviet3995 What? He does not live in adultery. That was his past. God forgives him for him remarrying. You religious people are funny.
Even in slavery, we had more pride. We at the bottom now.
We've adopted a lot of their ways 😢
Academics often totally miss what the bible is. They look at it like any other book. They are missing the holy spirit which teaches and instructs.
Everyone of us are wrong daily. I'd suggest anyone who wants to play against Marcus understand that Marcus was a soldier of God that stood alone against Ephesians 6: 11, 12. I was proud of Marcus Rogers that day for standing on the word of God 💪
I was waiting for you or K-Dub to do a video on this
Some things should not be even entertained.. like the foolery of debating these dudes
Corey The look on your face on your thumbnail has me hollerin 😂😂😂. Like you're a little kid that just walked in your parent's bedroom at the WRONG time😆😅🤣😂 jaw dropped, mouth open & everything 😆😅🤣😂
Gay pastor said “Won’t allow you to put words in my mouth” then you said “let’s pause.” 😂😂😂😂😂 perfect timing hahahahah!!!
The problem I have when gay friendly clergy speak on this issue say that’s not the proper context of those verses against queer life is that they never present the proper context
This brother got more smoke for Marcus Rogers than he has for Jamal Bryant
Seeing your comment before the video you make it seem as if this video is just an attack on Marcus. After watching it, it doesn't come across that way at all. I think you're being a little too defensive on someone else's behalf.
@@Andible I was reading others response to the video. I felt Corey was just saying when we have discussions with those we are trying to deal with base on scriptures. We must always make sure the context we use is properly addresses the points you are making!
Corey, I would love to see you on there next time..its needed
This was so good and I wish you or Allan Parr had been part of the debate! The disrespect of the Word has to stop!
Paul says in Romans that homosexuals will not inherit the kingdkm of heaven.
Thanks for validating the very scripture I close with when I speak at Churches and other Recovery events around the country 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Blasphemy!! Lord help these people because Satan has deceived them.
Go somewhere else! Gid is not in that place!
Hallelujah 🙏 bretheren! Thank you for the sharing of your awesome testimony!!!
The gay pastor speaking about the conceit of the Bible basically just said the Bible overestimates its infallibility! So then he really doesn’t believe in the Bible as the true word of God anyway!! If you don’t believe the word of God is infallible, then why are you “teaching” it!?
The young man that came on did an excellent job giving his testimony
Marcus Rodgers discussed this in full on his channel.
Give Marcus Rogers Grace brother 🙏. If you looked into Marcus channel you'd have known he was just a passer by when he heard them calling out to the public. "if anyone can discuss this, please come up". If you listen closely to the discussion in full you'd know those two guys were pushing calvinism. 😅😅😅😅😂
Amen!!
Marcus wasn't just a passerby. It was an organised discussion with all participants invited well beforehand.
@@bainman69 nope. Go listen to the original in full and don't lie to make others happy
@@Comidaporvida Nonsense! He mentioned being a passer by for the Jamal Bryant discussion (I saw that), which was a completely different broadcast.
Eluding that there are greater truths than the Bible is possibly a BIG DEAL… but I don’t wanna condemn nobody… but Good God… the pride and self glorification in these men… I hope God does not say woe to them
Lord have mercy 🙏🏾
Bro I had to subscribe because you are❤ preaching the word of God
Justifying immorality and abomination is just what the Bible says that God will turn them over to a reprobate mind and that’s what we see her ladies and gentlemen!!!
There's nothing wrong with being gay. And if there is, why would god make some people that way?🤷♀
@@multi-milliondollarmike5127 God didn’t make anyone gay and there are no scriptures to support such claim.
@@IAmHisBeloved5 So he didn't knit people together in the womb?
@@multi-milliondollarmike5127 he formed us in our mother’s womb. That has nothing to do with being gay. He created us in His image. He did not create us with the desire to be gay. But a spirit could’ve been present in the mother’s womb to bring about that desire at an early age.
@@IAmHisBeloved5 What kind of mental gymnastics is that? He knew what they would become because he made them, but somehow it's not his fault? And blaming gayness on a spirit makes about as much sense as claiming the devil made you do something.
God bless you my brother. I enjoy watching your content.
Marcus broke those gay pastors down like a fraction give the man some credit.
@@jeromewilson2949 Ask Marcus, since Marcus said himself he listens to Corey and his opinion. Next question. Who are you to criticize Corey? He can’t make a comment but you can?
@ I’ve seen Corey criticize Marcus over a matter differences saying he’s a heretic and a false prophet which never came to be. Saying he’s the wrong person to say anything to those gay pastors was wrong
when i saw this i was waiting for the smart christian channel reaction! 😆
Always go by the Bible instead of what their itching ears want to hear❤
God Bless you for sharing the TRUTH of the Gospel ,we NEED to hear more of this and Less of these Wolves
The Way you respond and turn to question is why I hope they have you on. Marcus is great to be on offense but you skillfully run a lock down defense
You throwing shade Corey. Marcus is a pastor. He is the right person to argue and defend the Bible against the lies of these two men. You would have done well too. But you could have given him more credit.
Couldn’t wait to hear Brother Corey’s take on this
I had a conversation about this topic and i came to the conclusion that a person cant be saved if they're fully embrace homosexuality but if a person strive to be christ like dispite the struggle of homosexuality God can deliver them from the lifestyle and be saved.
@@natsusatsujinki8342it was also in the new testament as well though.
That’s why it’s good to know your Bible because no pastor is going to tell me that two men being together is blessed by God!
Marcus Rogers is doing a great job. I think you don’t like the fact that you wasn’t or the guys from all things theolog weren’t called to be on the panel.
God the Holy Spirit DOES NOT dwell in the body of an unsaved person, doesn't matter if he's "gay" or not! God CANNOT tolerate SIN!
He was able to tolerate it with Elijah, when he brought him to heaven.
Who are these that darken counsel by words without knowledge of God?

Corey actually thinks he knows it all.
I agree
He named his channel "Smart Christian" so he obviously thinks he knows more than most.
Amen and amen, Brother Corey 🙏🏽 🙌🏽 ❤️ 😊
