  • You can find duplicate records in a table in MS Access and remove them. There are couple of ways to find the duplicate records and remove them. One is using the append query and another is Make table query. This video explains in detail how you can identify the duplicate records and delete only the duplicates and keep only the unique records.

    Thanks so much for this explanation! I was having trouble following the MS tutorial so I searched for another then your vid came up. I had an old customer base of 4000 records with 200 or so dupes and this one solved my issue quickly and efficiently!

    Which record will be kept. Is it the first in from top to bottom or the earliest record created?
