I have followed his diet guidelines since 2007 after suffering from headaches, weight gain and fatigue for a long time. I am not strict on it, but I eat a lot less chicken (it was my favorite meat), corn and wheat products. It has made a difference in keeping my weight OK and the headaches are gone. I think his research is very valuable. I just don't understand why in the US people don't know what is their blood type, something so crucial.

Type A Yoga yes! I was quite wasted after chemo for lymphoma and it came to me to do yoga and it made an immediate difference in how I felt. More energy and more connectedness to my body.

Great stuff! This diet lines up with what I was individually tested for at a Naturopath via a magnetic machine which read through my body. I am a Type A and was told no dairy and reactive to salicylate acids which co-incides with the low stomach acid. Salicylate acid is a cousin to anti-inflammatory drugs so have had hallucinations with Voltarin Anti-inflammatory drugs.

Wise Student Actually, in Asia, probably more than 90% of people know what their blood type is. There is this thing where some people believe that blood type determine personality just like how astrology is in the west.

Trust me, I'm not even joking, in my country ID card, there is one part for "blood type". Isn't that crazy? LOL xD.

Ah, yes, the Japanese. I was born in Japan, and my blood type was tested at birth. By the time I was in preschool, I knew my type.
