Seeing you together is always uplifting.❤️ Thank you for letting us share your fun and your explorations. Ramen delivery to the park is indeed a wonderful idea, imo--it's a ready-made picnic which is even more enjoyable when shared with someone you love. I was impressed by how amazingly fresh the eggs that you bought were. When you covered them with the hot onsen water they remained perfectly horizontal in the pot. In the US, often eggs that are supposed to be fresh will begin to tilt toward the vertical when covered with water, indicating that gases are already forming inside them and they are not really fresh. In Japan, food always seems to be in season, very fresh, and of the highest quality. I wish our system for harvesting, storing, and shipping foods would be revamped. As well as the American mindset that most foods should be available year 'round.
I have chickens and have learned so much about eggs and farming through them! One question I have is… how are chicken eggs produced in Japan? I see eggs in Japan on many channels and the eggs look like my chickens’ eggs: bright yellow-orange yolks that sit up nicely above the egg whites. Eggs in the USA from grocery stores don’t look like this. Are farms in Japan more humane or are they feeding more nutritious food to their hens (or both?)???
The part where you try the hot spring water is my favorite, so hilarious 😂 Shinichi being skeptical, then the scene cuts to Satoshi going in for a try 🤣🤣🤣
Soft boiled eggs made in an onsen sounds really good, soft boiled eggs paired with toast (with butter and/or kaya coconut jam) is a popular breakfast in Singapore.
I think this is becoming a habit, watching TabiEats while eating. Lol. I just want to say I really love your channel. You guys definitely emit the travel style I want.
Check out our newest video of Onogawa Onsen, a hot springs resort that's located just 30 minutes away from Yonezawa City in Yamagata prefecture. On this video, we'll be trying out some unique street food including ramen that can be delivered to a park bench! Make sure to watch our first video from the Yonezawa series here: ruclips.net/video/7FAc87GIBgg/видео.html
Lovely town liked seeing the different shops and old buildings. The ramen in the park looked like fun . That’s me got my Tabieats fix to kickstart my weekend. Arigato 😀😂👍🙏
Beautiful town, love the delivered Ramen look at the size of the bowl 🥣 very generous portions on a cold day . The perfect setting for a picnic lunch . Cooking with geothermal water is what we use where I come from in New Zealand we steam our food and cook the eggs exactly the same way and it always come out perfect . Fantastic little town I just love it . Thanks this was great fun.💛👍

What a fab idea to eat Ramen at park(especially with Covid)I wish I could have konjac on a stick&those eggs would be great with toast soldiers, you guys are loving reexploring your wonderful country &taking us along, cheers
What an interesting video and beautiful town. I'd love to taste that soft serve, I love soybean milk. I have never seen such loooong bean sprouts! I bet it's yummy. Ramen on a cold day...outdoors or indoors, is ok!🍜💖💖 Can't wait for your next video.👍🏽🤩
Loved this video! You both have given me so many ideas in the past two years of places to go and things to do whenever I can come back for another visit to Japan. Thank you so much for letting us explore with you vicariously! 💜😘
I just love all your adventures you take us on with you both. Thank you so much for all your wonderful videos, I'll probably never be lucky enough to experience Japan myself and this is why I appreciate all your hard work in taking me with you both on your amazing adventures. Thank you 😊
Wow. That jiggly tofu pudding reminds me of a chinese dessert that translates to "tofu flower". I like the idea of delivered ramen! Looks like you had a great time there.
"Tofu kinda tofu stuff" my favorite tofu dish. 😆 This was such a funny and cute episode guys. Your banter makes me laugh. I got a hot spring egg cooker gadget from watching your old gadget video and I love it. Probably not the wisest choice being I'm using American eggs, but I haven't got sick yet. I'd love to try the real deal someday. They looked so good. 😊
I'm sure many people have already, but do people tell you guys that you are very good with your food descriptions? With something that is usually so hard to explain (flavour) you guys do a fantastic job, and outside your native tongue too!
good morning brother, wow beautiful videos vlog brother. beautiful place and delicious food. make my mouth watering. have wonderful traveling and sucsses to
What a beautiful place! Everything you ate looks so good 😊 It's probably good that you couldn't drink very much hot spring water, if it's very salty and full of minerals it might have a laxative effect.
WHENEVER! I go to Japan, it’s ONLY going to be because of TabiEats! I love you guys!!! Satoshi is a GANGSTA!!! Did you see him get that hot water! Be careful, we love you guys!!
Guys, thanks for another great travel and food video! The ice cream looked delicious. Cooking the eggs is interesting. I like my eggs more hard boiled, so maybe cooking it a little longer? Also that hot water was 72 degrees c, that's 162 degrees f, amazing how water can come out that hot. I have added Yamagata to my travel list!!
Thank you both so so much! For many reasons I will not ever be able to visit Japan. But this video showed me so much I would never have known about. I can't wait to see the inn, and your feast.
I'd be happy if i could find someone who delivers ramen to my house! Delivery to a park is great. We watch a couple of shows from NHK shown on Public television here in Virginia. One had a bit about those long bean sprouts. It seems like all the j-vloggers I watch are following each other around. Frank from 5AM Ramen was up in Yonazawa recently.
Is it easy to get to Onogawa onsen by public transportation? Is it good to do for an overnight from tokyo? konnyaku is one of my favourites in oden, and I love shirataki so I would love to try the tama konnyaku, though not sure about the mustard. I have bought some rice from yamagata in the past. The impoty here is so expensive but it's very good. That store with the manju looks amazing!!! I want to go once. The tofu shop reminds me of the one near my place in Yanaka back in uni :) wonder if it's still there... They didn't have any icecream though;it looks good!!! Saya would love it! (she loves everything soy/tofu and shirataki based). Wow ramen at the park!!! nice combi with a view. and moyashi ramen... it gets betetr and better (both looks delicious) and so much fun making your own onsen tamago. I love to make onsen tamago for breakfast but it probably tastes better if it's made in a real onsen.
I have a sous vide setup and can make onsen eggs whenever I want…you have to find the temperature that works for you and the eggs must stay in that temperature for a long time… it’s actually better to cook them at, like, 64 degrees C for at least 45 minutes…. They are softer but not as runny as you made…
Thank you for showing us special noddles and how to cook onsen eggs!! 😀👍.. sorry. We like thick skin hand people ! 20:00 It must be very hot to crack the egg! 🥚 9:20 you are very brave to touch the boiling water🤣
Ohh I have so much interest in visiting Yonezawa since your videos, it looks like a perfect place for me, calm and with such awesome food. I want to spend some nights there and visit everything you did, and eat even more XD Sometimes it gets overwhelming by planning a visit, what to see what now, where to eat, what is the area known for so I don‘t miss the cultural aspect. With videos like that it makes so much easier to get some ideas what to do, and having fun by exploring things between. Thank you sooo much, also for your effort I saw your video about how it looks like when you make all these shots, and how much it takes, I really appreciate that. Hopefully more cities will sponsor you so you can show us more what we could explore ourself, perfect match. And oh by the way you both look gorgeous, even I know it‘s work I love it to see how you can follow your passion again with travel and eat
Oh and I specially hope the prefecture/city of Yamagata will invite you much more, I adore how you Satoshi tell us memories and what‘s special to you. Everytime I hear or read Yamagata I have to think about you, it‘s like connected in my brain. You could be the best and cutest Yamagata mascot ever :D sending you much love
It looks very gorgeous in Yonezawa, ramen in the park, wow lovely. Ummm I would definitely leave my egg in for maybe 20 mins. I cannot eat egg like that……
Lucky you this time. Wow to eat Ramen in a awesome park on a beautiful.Day.its so nice to see where Satoshi is from. In the public baths can they 200¥ And stay there all day? Also once you've had your very tasty Ramen and the bowl throw away blows or do they pick them up or do you have to return the bowl to the store? Awesome 👌 can't wait till you next video. Xx
Jiggly, jiggly, bloop, bloop, bloop! Man, I love Satoshi. He's so cute!
Seeing you together is always uplifting.❤️ Thank you for letting us share your fun and your explorations. Thanks for the tip about egg freshness. My mom used the spin in the counter method, which is what I use but will try your's as well now.😊
I have chickens and have learned so much about eggs and farming through them! One question I have is… how are chicken eggs produced in Japan? Such a beautiful town and a wonderful video in tribute to it and its people

This is hot hot water. I can make tea with it 🤣🤣🤣

Watching you right now on TV. Ramen looks so yummy.
Had to laugh at the 'jiggly' tofu pudding...too cute
Such an exciting experience cooking eggs and park delivery.
The town that you traveled at in this tour was quiet and great to walk in the morning with the traditional buildings. Thanks again.
I wonder about the onsen tamago. I haven't tried raw eggs so that is something new and interesting for me.
Great content. So many interesting things to eat and try. 👏👏👏

I wish I had their job, thanks Shinichi and Satoshi for adding another destination to my growing itinerary
WHENEVER! I go to Japan, it’s ONLY going to be because of TabiEats! I love you guys!!! Satoshi is a GANGSTA!!! Did you see him get that hot water! Be careful, we love you guys!!
When you see salt crystals around the pipe, you know the water is salty! 👍😃
Lovely town S S💙💙

Awesome job guys
I'd love to visit that tofu shop.
🍍🌴🌺Aloha brothers, thx for another awesome adventure! God bless!🍍🌴🌺

If you have the smart version of Instant Pot you can set it to 70 °C and make your own onsen tamago. I do it all the time if I’m making ramen at home.

My fav soft boiled egg (5min egg). We also have a place in the Philippines where we can cook soft boiled egg in a hot springs in Laguna.
Those bean sprouts showed up on screen and all I could think of was LONG LONG MAAAAAAAAAAN
I only know about this as of very recently, because of jacksepticeye, but I still cracked up 😂😂
Lucky guys! Where are the other visitors?!
Jiggly, jiggly, jiggly! 😀😆😂
It looks very gorgeous in Yonezawa, ramen in the park, wow lovely. Ummm I would definitely leave my egg in for maybe 20 mins. I cannot eat egg like that……
I want to try the eggs so much 🥺 why is some much cool stuff on the other side of the world?
Woah!! look how big bowl ramen you get for only 5 euro :O
I want to try the konyaku stick :p
Me too! Are they sure it’s just steamed? I was wondering if it was fried!
Really enjoy your channel. I love all the places you go and all the delicious food.
What does the name Tabieats mean or stand for ??
In Japanese, "Tabi" means "Journey". Taken as a whole, "TabiEats" (which is a made up term) refers to travelling and food as the channel's focus.
Your part 2 video is not up yet?
L love food
Why can’t they supply paper cups at the hot springs water place?
Lucky you this time. Wow to eat Ramen in a awesome park on a beautiful.Day.its so nice to see where Satoshi is from. In the public baths can they 200¥ And stay there all day?

Do you tip the delivery guy / girl?
"Can you imagine eating ramen in a park?" I can't even imagine eating ramen anywhere because we don't have any ramen shops nearby at all. ;_;
No snow... :(
When you're out in public together especially staying over do people ask you if you're together?
I need to stop being lazy and bad with my money.
Otherwise I'm never gonna save up enough to visit Japan.
