This is the Ford plant at Trafford Park, Manchester (UK).
Cars were produced here from 1911 until 1931, when Ford moved to Dagenham, Essex.

This looks more like early 1930s than 1928, going by the cars on the assembly line.

It is amazing what people can do when they work in an orderly fashion and society behaves in a reasonable manner. The world has become a very different place nowadays and I fear we will lose this structure that made America great. We float around on tires filled with air on streets made of black gold and marvel at the wonders all around US. I often ask why there are those that are in this heaven want to turn it back to hell. Men like Ford and others took US out of the mud
and put US into chariots of the gods
and made life a little better. Enjoy the moment these visionaries helped to make and improve it with a smile.

1928 Was Model A. These are like MOdel B being built. How come this is silent and no sound?

Yes, the cars were from 1928, I would even tell you from a little further back, in the world after the first industrial revolution there has been a massive expansive, technological and scientific process, especially in the "belle epoque" of 1914. , where several areas of industries were ultra-developed such as chemistry, electricity, oil and, in this case, automotive, Ford implemented new measures of development and massive productivity such as the production conveyor belt, maximizing its production and focusing on technological improvement of modern cars.
