I wasn’t taught how to cook coming up and outside of pork chops and chicken I was raised on hamburger helpers and noodles or microwaveable. This show has really made cooking look fun and delicious at the same time. I want my son to be able to cook for himself like this in the future but also able to provide him a good home cooked meal as apart of his childhood. Your videos has for sure helped me and I’m sure other women be inspired to get our ass in the kitchen ! ♥️

I don’t care about fat, being fried, or any of that sheeet, just some good Ol’ food without meat, seafood, or lard Once he master cooking different mushrooms for protein using the cast iron method, it’s a wrap, trick can take the cooking game over America miss that black American cooking. REMEMBER, it was blacks cooking in yt houses during slavery, and being maids up until the 1960’s
