Yes, you will get the same fps as me. Csgo is cpu based, you also can try r5 7600x, a little more power for the same price as the r7 5700x3d, since you have to upgrade motherboard and memory, you can take advantage and go for am5 and ddr5. But if you have budget go for 7800x3d
