Picking & Pickling Ramps

- Welcome back to Cooking With The Chef & The Bee! In this episode, we will go out and forage for some ramps (aka: wild garlic, wild leeks, etc.) and go to Chef Dan's kitchen and pickle them. In the next episode, we will make ramp pesto with the leftover leaves.

Can I use Himalian salt instead of table salt?
Absolutely. I wouldn’t use table salt at all though. Either kosher salt, sea salt, or Himalayan is fine.
