Bros, gratitude is key. I'm grateful for my wife and four kids. Little Timmy, 23 months, developed cancer hours after birth. He's doing really well now and the other kids are whole and thriving. We're grateful for the time we all have here together and pray it continues many years.

These workouts look ideal. I would pick functional and lean over swol and stiff any day of the week

Love the videos guys! One tip I’ll pass along that works for me. All your floor exercises, to maximize the core efforts point your toes back toward your shins, and don’t bend you knees if possible. So basically pointing your toes up and back toward the front of your legs. May take some time to not bend at the knee, but you’ll get it over time. It’s a Japanese yoga practice, time that with the breathing and you’ll be using chi energy, maximum benefit. Try it out! Ultimately takes the straining off your hip joints and allows your core to do its job.

The avocado sandwich is the bomb and I've been thinking of avocado on toast from watching Ben gravy do it but now I'm a Believer and going to start doing it soon because I enjoy toast and I enjoy avocado so why not put the two together instead of mayonnaise and jelly and other stuff that's not too amazing and replace it with high-quality nutrition...

Awesome vibes, love the family bond...was in waikiki last summer for the first time..truly paradise, ironically hit up the sunrise shack for a bullet coffee before taking surf lessons on waikiki beach down by Walls, the locals at the front desk of the Sheraton recommended the sunrise shack for the bullet coffee.

I'm grateful for my family my friends and surfing as my top 3 but I'm also grateful for youtube existing so I can listen to guys like you that take a natural approach to everything in life and also listening to podcasts like the Laird hamilton one from joe Rogan and this other guy that was on joe's podcast and he talked about how happiness is a choice because it's how you interpret stuff is what gives you feelings and if you can find the positive in situations that upset you the negative thoughts disappear from your mind.
