Hi Tim!!! My girlfriend and I were at this restaurant the day you filmed this particular blog. We introduced ourselves and you couldn't have been nicer. We've been following your blogs ever since and really enjoy the enthusiasm you have for fóod. Keep on keeping on!!!
Tim, I just want you to know that I admire & commend your pleasantness & interaction with the staff wherever you go. It's always a pleasure to watch you.
Thanks so much 🙂. My memory certainly isn't very good... So sometimes I just make the names up 😉. Seriously, it's really great to connect with everyone there so names are pretty easy to remember 🙂
I went there on my engagement party 12 years ago for dinner. It was amazing. Unfortunately my husband past away 6 years ago and I am hoping to bring my son there for memories of his dad and I. How much is the buffets what days and what times. Thank you
Thanks so much ... just having fun back then and hopefully these places will come back (with some changes). Funny that weight is more of an issue with the isolation than when eating at the buffets :-)
The Big Apple experience. And the hotel with the rotating restaurant must be the state of architectural art. Tim, thank You very much for this NYC journey.
👋 Tim ..Finally catching up on my buffet videos of yours.. Hope you have a wonderful holiday..if you celebrate this week than ...eat ..drink, be marry .. an thankful. 🙏
Oh wow a buffet by times square I never knew about..wow you went to times square. I hope you enjoy your time there. Come to Chicago sometime! Great Sunday brunch looks so good
When your friends agree to go to a buffet with you do they realize that it is a major time commitment? Tim is on plate 12 and Jay is curled in the corner sobbing quietly to himself, lol.
Hi again Jen, just still learning the ropes, and thank you for your feedback. quite enjoying making these videos and interacting with everyone here on RUclips. Thank you again 😃
Heyy Tim i absolutely love the content you produced in New York. Thank you for being so informative. Can I ask, do you know if the buffet is still available? I tried searching on facebook and their website, no luck.
Not much can compare with an experience like this. It's not just about the food -yet those desserts impressed me. I'm happy that you (and Jay, your friend) could go. Wishing you both well, Bonnie P.S. Happy, Happy Holidays,Tim!
$68 is not so bad especially when it comes with that beautiful of the city ..I think you need to come down to Florida next and try the Boston Lobster Feast next 😀
The VIEW Restaurant is one of my Favorite but they are closed now. Most 5 star Restaurants are closed now. I have No where to go!!!! When the View Restaurant open again?
Hi Tim. I live about a 2 hour drive north of NYC and $68 for a Sunday Brunch buffet. That's not bad considering you and Jay are at a major hotel right in the middle of Time Square. I just hit that hotel the next time I'm in NYC.
Hi Zhi, I used to use my phone (original Pixel), but have switched to the Osmo pocket a few months back.. Quality is pretty much the same, but more convenient and smaller. One day, I'll get a real camera :-)
Cool pick...I have been there back in the 90ies several times...never in the restaurant, always at the bar with a nice small dinner buffet at a super reasonable price, way below 20 bucks...brings back nice memories of my early 20ties 👍
Great to know Alexander! I was looking for a nice meal there and I still believe they have the dinners still...I think there's one for the theatre crowd as well.
Other buffets around Times Square are "The Theater Buffet" restaurant on the West side of 8th Avenue between 45th and 46th on the ground floor of the Hotel Riu Plaza and "Churrascaria Platforma", a Brazilian Rodizo on 49th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues.
Hi Tim, this NYC foodie destination is perfect. Amazing food and views. Hey, we noticed in your reflection on one of the food coverings you holding a DJI Pocket? Is this what your using now? Great image and stabilization. Audio sounds perfect too :) Thanks for this tasty share, James and Kim
Hi James and Kim, hope you all are doing well! Yeah, I've been using the Osmo pocket and would recommend it! Please note that the audio is terrible on that thing. You'll either have to record separately or buy their proprietary mic adapter! Are you all posting more videos soon?

Nice video Tim! What an amazing restaurant. And the food must have been spectacular too! The Eggs Benedict with the puff pastry looked off the chart along with all the other offerings. Thank you for sharing your dining experience with us and will as always be looking forward to your next fun and entertaining video. Shout out from Roy, Utah = ) 🍺🙂
Thanks so much Michael!! I found out those eggs/pastries are called Vau Le Vant from a comment... LOL...amazing what one picks up on RUclips here and there.. Thank you again! :-)
6:34 love Bacon, cooked just like that is the best ..tho my fave bacon is maple bacon or BBQ Bacon.. soooo yummy Those Vol au Vent with runny eggs would be so ooo tasty too
Tim: so glad to have you local for a change. I’ve stayed at the Marriott Marquis many times and never knew that that brunch buffet even existed. You made some great choices and prepared your bagel exactly the way we do it here in the Northeast. One criticism: never put thick brown gravy on top quality beef. If au jus is not available, eat it plain. To drown good beef in thick brown gravy totally destroys the flavor of the beef. Please keep covering the Northeast so I can see some places that I actually have a chance to visit.
Thank you so much Stephen! Had many past experiences with bagels and thanks for the tip on the beef... NY is such an amazing city and had a fantastic time there. All the best!
Tim , I being watching your videos of Buffet all over the cities , but any new besides food? I think is time to change a little bit , is just my honest opinion
Yeah, it's certainly hard to compare to the Vegas counterparts... It was a bit pricey; though it's probably the "tourist premium" due to being in Times Square
Tim Lee I’ve been enjoying your content. Thank you for providing a different look at how the food is presented as well as the food taste to you. So amazing
Tim you took my advice now you are a true gentleman you did listen to me and your presentation is great now
Thanks Clay... much appreciate the advice and feedback.. take care!
Tim is the man! I watched all your Vegas food blogs, such a big help on places to go for our next trip to sin city.
Thanks so much Tim!!!
@@TimLeeLetsGo Come on now, there's no way you ate all that food, then went back for "a couple of rounds" more. No way.
Hi Tim!!! My girlfriend and I were at this restaurant the day you filmed this particular blog. We introduced ourselves and you couldn't have been nicer. We've been following your blogs ever since and really enjoy the enthusiasm you have for fóod. Keep on keeping on!!!

LoL...yeah, Jay was not such the big eater...beers on the otherhand..... ;-)
Any idea what's the longest time you spent in a buffet? For me it was 5 1/4 hours, obviously there was a good bit of talking going on between plates.
Great Food There😍
Magnificent food and wonderful staff and a great location and hotel.
Thanks Maria, it was the first time in NY and really enjoyed the city. All the best to you in the new year:-)
I have to try The View next time I’m in New York!!! Thank you

Was this like a temporary buffet? I can’t find it when googling it
Heyy Tim i absolutely love the content you produced in New York. Thank you for being so informative. Can I ask, do you know if the buffet is still available? I tried searching on facebook and their website, no luck.
I am not sure, as this was before the pandemic. I do know other places that are open like the crab House and others, but unsure about this place
@@TimLeeLetsGothank you. Yes I’ll definitely try the crab house. Saw your video on that one, thank you
Now I want to go to New York!

Timmy loaded up on dessert 🍨
It was my decision, and I'm sticking with it 😉😆
Might as well get you money's worth.
Tim what camera do you use? It's great! Also when are you coming back to Vegas? Would love to join you
Hey Curly, I usually either use my phone (old original Pixel) or the Osmo pocket... not really too technical with cameras :-)
Looks delicious! Now I'm starving 😂
The Food Looked Marvelous & Dem Shrimps 🍤
Hi Christopher, it's quite a nice experience...a little modest but still very good!
A good video like always.

Hi Marge, there are many times I'm surprised at what I said in the videos :-)
this is what id expect from ny
Hi Claire, yeah, it's very different than those Vegas buffets, but very enjoyable :-)
How much is this buffet? I would have been full after eating that bagel!
LoL.. those bagels were heavy :-) I think it was about $50-$60 back then. It's a bit pricey but I guess it's due to the NY Times Square premium

Wow. Did you eat all those desserts on the same day? They looked delicious, but that's way too much sugar and carbs for me.
Yeah, was on a bit of a sugar high for the rest of the day!

I have noticed that the phase in New York are far a few between
Kinda pricey for an upscale Denny's?
Yeah, I found out that NY buffet places doesn't really compare with those in Vegas
68 bucks in NYC Is a bargain! Cost me 20 dollars for tuna sandwich f.f.extra!right around the block from there
Nice to be re-assured on the cost Warren :-) I guess there is a bit of a premium paid around times square :-)
That is a big ass shrimp
Nice Buffet, a bit too pricey $68?? USD. $29.99 is what this Buffet is worth, hardly any seafood.
Yeah, it's certainly hard to compare to the Vegas counterparts... It was a bit pricey; though it's probably the "tourist premium" due to being in Times Square
however the 'New York Strips' my way of eating!
It's New York!
@@frankbarboza7141 so what.
Similar to the breakfast offerings in similar hotels in Asia minus all the Asian items. You typically have breakfast included in the room rate there.
The food looks amazing but not enough seafood.. I love my seafood
Agreed Wendy! Could have used more seafood!
same price as the lake at the wynn.. ill take the wynn...
Hey Luigi, Vegas is hard to beat...and agreed... Lakeside at the Wynn was quite nice!
This buffet doesn’t seem worth it to me for $70, but awesome video as always.
Thanks David, I suspect there was a premium cost as it was neat times square...
You should go to Queens and eat a real Chinese or Korean buffet.
Thanks for the recommendation... hopefully will get to go next time and try!

A bit pricy for not having a plethora of seafood and a larger carving station
