  • Here is a link to the student worksheet I use in my class:
    drive.google.com/file/d/0B6WQ...
    I have also made the worksheet into Google Sheets
    docs.google.com/presentation/...
    If you are looking for other videos, beyond the few I have for chemistry, I highly recommend @ProfessorDaveExplains
    He has a wealth of content, and it is very well organized into playlists by type of science and math.

I was also a much better student because I was more mature, and because I was a husband and a father; however, I was also working harder to make up for lost time. I was in class with kids that took the prerequisite class 2 weeks ago, and I took it 8 to 10 years ago. Unfortunately for me, this was in early internet days (dial up modem) and long before RUclips.

      @michaelferguson_staff-east6949  3 года назад +1

      I'm glad you found it helpful. Keep in mind, that most college professors would probably expect students to have had some basic instruction on the periodic table of elements in middle school and high school. Everyone learns at different paces, and what we learned before, doesn't always stick with us for a very long time. Your professor has to design their curriculum around some set of expectations. I'm sure they did not expect to give lecture time to this, and on the plus side, this allows each student to spend as much time as they need either reviewing the material, relearning it, or coming at it for their first time.
      I'm really flattered that they thought to include a link to my video.

      Part of the beauty of the periodic table is how it continues to grow with new elements being discovered (or created in high energy physics experiments), and yet the underlying structure of the table still holds true.
