How to Balance Mower Blades with Kitchen Scales!

I hit a stone with my new mower blade tips causing them to vibrate, so now I need to balance the tips to get them running true. I'm going to use a set of scales to weigh the tips and adjust them until they are even, not sure if it will work but let's give it a try.
