Whats a good way to calculate length ratio for different weave types? I just did a viper weave and for a 16” strap i used 64” for the weaving ends. So 4:1, but i just guessed and got lucky. Is theres a site that has this information? Im more interested in slings and lunchbox straps than bracelets
Can you please show/explain how you kept the core taut during the weave? Im assuming you have it attached to the bottom of the jig some how but I didnt see the use of a second buckle or anything.

@@twishia you are welcome but It's just an estimate I'm not completely sure, but usually I'll add like 20cm or more if I'm going to make a size abit larger than what I've been working with

Maybe the core 80cm, main cord is 270cm and micro cord for stitching 140cm.
