Full Body LIGHT DUMBBELL Workout at Home (Lower Back Friendly)

  • This is a follow-along, low-impact, full-body workout to strengthen the glutes, legs, back, and shoulders with light dumbbells at home! Free 5-Day Core Challenge: www.coachsofiafitness.com/cor...
    This is the perfect workout if you're struggling to exercise due to lower back issues. I've included low-impact exercises safe on the lower back.
    Workout Exercises:
    5 exercises (slow and low-impact)
    1 light dumbbell (between 5-10 lbs)
    Optional: very light dumbbell for external rotations.
    Warm-up: Shoulder circles, arm raises
    Workouts:
    2 Sets - Front Squat (slow)
    2 Sets - Elevated plank to push up to leg raises
    2 Sets - Pullover
    2 Sets - Slow bridges
    2 Sets - supported shoulder external rotations

    I use this for my rest day and it's a beautiful workout I love how it's low impact and good to interval on my pilates and hiit regime. It's become part of my favourite video list! Thanks Sofia!

    Hi there. I’ve just subscribed to your channel and was watching the detox shakes. I have lupus and am currently in a bad flare. I’ve also been eating terrible and can’t exercise due to back and joint pain. My first question is do you have to use collagen powder? What is the benefit of the powder? My next question is how to I get started when I’m feeling so yucky?😢
