The printstream is going through a slow fix! Idk why but now even in low floats have imperfections. I have a .0.035 and it’s ugly
same happened with ak slate, i loved battle scarred, because it was completely matte black, now its gray with cracks
And in csgo, the ak skate was green--do you want that back???

But dont get the comparison between karambit black laminate (before) and bayonet (after). the kara black laminate finish was always different to the bayonet. there wasnt even an comparison before the update, the blade of the karambit was always darker and the bayonets just looked ass, even before the update.
Awp Medusa high float (green witch) received a huge nerf with this. The green is more pronounced but is now grimy/cracked.
So glad my skins weren't touched (other than Empress, but mine is WW so I'll have to check it out). I was planning on getting a MW ST Empress anyways. That said, FIX PRINTSTREAMS GABEN!
I used to own a ak-47 empress bs, good thing i sold it before the update 😂
Valve fixed yesterday doppler, gamma doppler and marble fade. It looks the same like before the update and was just a bug
Phase 2 sigh of relief. I have max pink and it seems that patterns actually makes a difference again. W.

Printstreams got changes. They took the rose hue of csgo, but not the full pearl effect. Nonetheless the Rose hue is still present and more clearer now!

they also clapped the bs ak slate, it used to bed just darker and now it looks rusted

My friend bought smoke outs the day before the update now he hates them. Maybe it's not a good idea to drastically change skins worth hundreds of dollars... I buy skins for what they look like not for you to change them.

Before the update I bought a battle scarred black lotus m4a1s to make the silver parts of the gun darken to purple to match my imperial plaid combo and valve made all the purple parts rusted. had a craft on it and everything. Rip. We are all gambling with valve behind the wheel.

it's been too long since release for these kinds of changes, but I'd like to see printstreams look like they used to (neon). Kind of insane to be touching the high-tier knives this much, it's why I don't own a knife. making high float mud-spec look bad is insane, too because they're not cheap or easy to get.
My FN Falchion Gamma Doppler turquoise color after an update became dark blue. The worst update for me since I had a perfect combo turquoise knife and turquoise gloves Hand Wraps Overprint.
The first update absolutely buffed the shit out of diamond gems. I have a few pictures of a bayonet and flip knife that just looked insane. A little sad that didn't stick in the second update

you forgot case hardeneds, some higher float blue gems have less dark spots now
I think they wanna leave the Printstream skins like this because it might come to irritation and distraction, when the colours on the skin go crazy

I have a one question. DId you have those showcases prepared beforehand? (i mean before the update) or just have a different gen codes? How is it even viable to check how different skins looked before the update?
I had to manually go through my own videos and other posts to find exact skins with exact floats (it took forever lol)
You can go in properties and then beta to revert to an older version. We're currently on version 1.40.1.0, last update before the skin change was 1.40.0.8

you forgot the tec 9 ice cap. some floats got a buff to full sapphire variants. i have proof. mine went mostly to full

Looks like they fixed the rust coats in my opinion. I used to have a rust butterfly, got rid of it after they ruined the finish in cs2.
I bough BS mud-spec just because it looked better with darker colors... Now they ruined it with that rustic look :(

Do you think this is the final version? I can not believe that.. look how many skins are still broken... and now will Sapphires really look like this forever? The first change wasn't intentional, they just saw that they messed up and then put all the skins back as they were. I don't think Valve's focus is on the skins right now. Otherwise they would have fixed all the other bugs.. would love to see another Video and your opinion about it, especially about Sapphires and Vice Gloves since there are faded af..
