We went because of a South Park Episode! we went looking for thr Mexican Staring frog of Southern Sri Lanka. Did not spot one. But boy was this a good and fun country to travel. The good was great, the people nothing short of amazing, and my Hilton Diamond status got us a great Upgrade. The airport is not too hectic, atleast when we flew out of it in Business class, lounge game is meh.

This travel video must have been taken years ago because by look at those buildings, they are now fully completed. (construction began before covid ) Every country has it's timing for airports traffic and immigration in most countries are not friendly. That's their job to be strict I guess, no immigration officer smile most of the time. SL relay on tourism hence they charge for visa. It's small amount compared to most countries. It is a financial support to the country.
Some of the BRoll is older but most of the footage is new and all of the information is new I was just there last week and filmed all the talking stuff while there

Tall building with two structures connecting with a sky bridge been completed and open for business a year ago. i am puzzle with your visit to Sri Lanka year ago 2023 /2024 or 2025. Because even the visa issue is sorted out late last year. From last quarter of last year most travellers from many countries get VISA Free. Almost for 35 countries. Either your vedio was old one you have posted as 2025. Let your viewers know when did sou travel to Sri Lanka. What you say and show and accual situation doesn't tally 😂😂 Have a wonderful journey.❤

Air port experince is smoother than in the USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA. 😂. USA tourist Visa is 185 $. You are already getting more for the money you pay. Stop whinning. Sri Lankans are honest. They dont like Americans pretention. So just get uses to it. You get better expe for better price.
HAHA are you really comparing the United States to Sri Lanka? LOL. how detached from reality are you? Its not even comparable in terms of immigration on any level. Thats just weird to even compare them. United States the Number 1 economy in the world. The Visa for the USA makes sense people want to live and work in USA. No one is trying to live and work in Sri Lanka. They are going for tourism. Common sense isnt your strong suit?

Literally there are more homeless people and drug addicts in the USA than in Sri Lanka. Streets are not filled with drug addict zombies and no school shootings. People dont kill each other on street. Sri Lanka is literally safer than the USA. People dont live in the tents around streets. Many have homes and families. Less pedofiles unlike in the USA. SO its worth paying. 😂😂😂
@@valleylandscapers4283 People are paying for tourism, meaning,,, things they come to look at etc...There are many reasons countries charges for visa, including security as SL had a war before so they may want to monitor who is coming into the country instead of letting everyone in...Also there are people coming to live, study and work. EX: Many Maldivians are coming for schools and colleges...that's just a one example. It is also a small island that rely on Tourism. Hence, they charge for visa.

I arrived on January 8 and had to pay for a visa. 100 percent guaranteed you need to pay for a visa on arrival
