Hi Shashaank, Good question, probably sounds like the topic for an upcoming video, but briefly the BO is responsible for business outcomes being achieved (e.g. does our Product Feature achieve the ROI that we were hoping for?), whereas the Product Manager is responsible for the definition, prioritisation and acceptance of that Feature. (Think Product Manager for the Agile Release Train and Product Owner for an Agile Team). Hope this helps :)
